jimtheknow....must say our thought processes are completely aligned on this one, my view of the political landscape is akin to yours including the same misjudgment of expecting a raise off the back of news. I to rate this a stronger speculative buy now than perhaps ever before. Trek, fools unite you have nothing to loose other than your stake but many multiples to gain!

I did expect a raise but after farm in. Note from RNS. They haven’t fully paid for the licence, ergo it could be revoked. That would transpire during any negotiation as part of DD. They also owe Shore. The £1m from previous raise would not cover the ongoing costs. Their hand was forced but now it’s done they can get back to the table with their shoulder pads on.

Agree... some folks here have not read the RNS. Look at the last lines. It explains what a chunk of working capital is for. To pay for licence. You will also note that Shore have accepted warrants for payments. Now why would the do that if it was a duffer?

Yes it is defo a buying opp. They needed cash for their shoulder pads to negotiate and to see themselves over the line if this goes *******. Remember rule 1 always back the BoD when investing and rule 2 is what’s the usp. Anyone here should know full well this BoD are not the smartest cookies in town but it’s one investment where rule 2 is ooooh so juicy and I think a major will see it like that especially now the BoD can afford their bus fare. Trek breaking the rules and buying today.

Some may not appreciate it but 5months from a MOU to an LOI in the tech space with this disruptive technology is very impressive. The next step is the contracts, I would say 6 months as it should be a cut in paste for their legals with just some bespoke changes. After which we have manufacturing of cutting edge tech. Applauds to VRS. Disruptive Trek.

There really is nothing afoot here, buyers and sellers, low liquidity high volatility, 3 small UT trades all very neutral in the scheme of things on pretty low volumes. Aim investor fatigue usually kicks in after a few days when ‘all’ the experts think they can make their fortunes elsewhere and be back in perfect time for the next rise. Trek, sanguine.

SXX must have read the 200 odd post here yesterday and quite rightly decided to put out a holding statement. Sure a few hares on the inside had been set running in the wrong direction as they got wind of a new financing deal. This is always a challenge when you try to keep a project of such scale secret but some need limited information in order to do their jobs and the rumours get out. Investors here were expecting a review so why wouldn’t ‘insiders’ who probably got spooked and dumped a few shares, yep illegally but will be coincidence. Quite happy to see how this plays out as l intend to hold long term with regular top ups so a lower sp is ok as long as the big picture remains relatively unchanged. Trek, it’s all part of the journey.

Please if cash call wait until new ISA season then we can get more shares for our pound. I note on HL the biggest trades were indicative buys. Trek ISA cool.
