Go and look at the London stock exchange homepage, download the flag descriptors and look at flag type LRGS, there you will find a description. Not all occur end of day only those delayed... here is the reason and references from the LSE below, I posted earlier, verify it yourself to be sure.

In relation to rule 3012, where two member firms agree at or prior to the time of the trade, the responsibility for trade reporting may be delegated to the other member firm.

The rule recognises that member firms may wish to delegate the trade reporting responsibility to the other member firm. This may arise where a member firm trades infrequently and hence wishes to always delegate the reporting process or where the non reporting member firm wishes to gain protection under the deferred publication facility but the reporting member firm does not.

Standard trade report deadlines [3020-3021]

Where a trade is executed during the trade reporting period, a trade report shall be submitted to the trading system in accordance with the standard trade report deadline.

Guidance to Rule:
The trading system will immediately publish a trade report unless deferred
publication is requested (and the trade qualifies for a delay). (Amended N09/17 – effective 3 January 2018)

A member firm shall not:
aggregate trades in order to qualify for treatment under the deferred publication facility; add subsequent trades to a deferred publication in order to increase its size; or
submit or agree to submit a correction for the sole purpose of re-reporting a trade in order to gain or extend a delay in publication.

£18m loss was last year. Important thing is what it was spent on = R&D and that they have cash to continue, which we do. R&D losses will be cumulative and off set against tax within 7 years going forward. Means an even sweeter dividend should we reach maximise potential. Don’t you realise that a company like this could be paying out a dividend equal to its MCAP in 5 years time. Think about it and if you don’t know how that works look at ashtead (AHT). Pre covid was over 50% divi from my original investment. You can research their dividend history.

The google/lse price is not a true reflection. I managed to make 5 buys today between 7.5 and 7.95ish. Irrespective of some of my views I think this a compelling investment from here due to the assts at a price only made possible because there may be a background seller. I also think when you can see both the negatives and the positives one is buying with eyes open. I’ve invested heavily as I think we will see a share buy back sooner rather than later, due to the sp, which would take out any seller and move us back to the 20’s again. My money is on a small share buy back, around £10m (cancelled as opposed to parked in treasury) and a farm in in next few months.

Sure there is science to it but the % discounts and the start and end dates are pretty arbitrary. I think investors just need to get over in and look to a decent funded future. The BoD can now negotiate from strength and know where they are cash wise. Give it 6 weeks and all will be forgotten. I have never made 42p per share in as many minutes so I am out atm but will buy back in later.

If you read the mid part of the RNS it’s full of apologies for PI’s the BoD are well aware of the hit and have been as respectful as possible. There was however, no way the insti’s were going in over a quid. They wanted a deal GDR needed the cash. You simply cannot negotiate with big Pharma attending meeting paid for on your credit card. Insti said you were only 9p recently GDR probably went for 150 they compromised and the VWAP was chosen to go give 80p and a sweetener for the PI. I took part in a similar placing on DCTA recently. It will probably be significantly cut back on a cash only basis. So people expecting to double there holding by averaging down at 80p will also be disappointed. You may do well to get £500. Very unlikely it will be on a 1 share for every number held scenario as it is already a small restricted offer.

Wrt to the sp, this imo is going nowhere near 80p. I added at 172ish having sliced at LID this morning and will see what happens ahead of GM. But if it bounces to £2+ I will trade out and wait. Atb

Listening to how it’s going to be conducted I was astounded, it’s just down to chance if people happen or not to get infected during there day to day lives. I mean what’s all that about, how does that work for old people in care homes. I obviously naively thought they vaccinated and then gave a little bit of the virus to lots of different people, gender age race etc.

I think unfortunately SNG is going to have a longer future!

This FWA is extremely helpful, sure it lacks financial clarity atm but the GSA has not been finalised. The main takeout is it’s intent and TXP are operator. We are also only at the start of what has already proved to be a transformational phase with Casca results and more drill to come. Remember we have a domestic market and we are on shore and cashed up. So in a much better position to survive. We could even shut down oils and live on gas in the absolute worse case.

But the industry is more interested in what the likes of GS and UBS say. They have to take a longer view than tweets the tone of which changes monthly....

JUST IN FROM CNBC APP- I know it’s antibody but the point is they are NOT in favour with FDA.

The Food and Drug Administration said it is tightening rules for antibody tests after it became aware of “a concerning number” of tests performing poorly or being marketed inappropriately.

Manufacturers will need to submit emergency use authorization forms and data proving the tests work within 10 days or face possible removal. So far, 12 antibody tests have been authorized by the FDA for emergency use, and more than 250 tests are currently the subject of a pre-EUA or EUA review, FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn told reporters Monday.

Antibody tests can indicate whether a person has had Covid-19 in the past and was either asymptomatic or recovered. U.S. officials and businesses have been pouring money into antibody testing, hoping it will give people the confidence to return to work and reopen parts of the economy. —Berkeley Lovelace Jr., Will Feuer

Agree I like the short term chart I added again today. I don’t mind paying more, it’s what you sell for that matters. My buys now have been in 50’s 60’s and now 70’s. I prefer to average in, I am looking for that 81 close which opens up 122. I will hopefully then slice over £1 let the rest ride and move profit elsewhere. Looking at the other Pharma rises many of which don’t have cash before you even look at prospects 4d got some catching up to do imo. Atb

Sure but when I see ‘focus’ and ‘next phase’ etc. I sometimes feel it’s a hint that people are getting left behind. It’s not a bad thing, it’s reflective of a good CEO that acts rather than tolerates status quo and can manage transformation in a right way by offering people other opportunities. Just a view rightly or wrongly.

Personally I’d have thought Roche would prove wether or not you can get it twice first and what the likelihood of that is and who that is, else what is the point, it’s just another false positive.
