Cancelled my sell orders now as no RNS.

I gave it until 2pm.

I think given the sell side illiquidity here earlier someone may just have pushed a sell order to be done at best. The MM would then rip them off and folk having seen a 25% drop just added to the jitters.

Would help if we had a no known reason RNS, can’t remember if that’s 30% or not.

Still I wouldn’t be surprised if there is no news even on Monday in which case market May view that as a positive and back to 5p or more.

So that’s my new found logic for the weekend!

Gonna stick now but to be clear I only have a relatively small position here now looking for a quick buck!

PXC what a day there, I have bought some to get my average down.

Giving the volatility will trade some.

Previously was NT to sell but MM now happy to buy and sell stock.

Don’t know if they have an RNS alert. If one lands for next tranche of bond finance it could bag. If it’s a placing it could tank even more!

MM’s creaming it from the spread there though.

I tried Monday yesterday and this morning. Was NT.

Waiting for RNS now after this drop before adding.

Can’t see the asset vaporising it’s just the finance as always.

Selling out the last at well over 20p seems smart now.

Don’t wanna be stupid putting it all back in but gotta be worth a small punt at 5p!

Just looking back on the Core Finance interview. When Malcy asked Paul about finance.

Paul’s reply was that they don’t need to go anywhere else for finance. Their lender has already got a good agreement in place. He was super confident, adamant!

Makes complete sense now.

Paul’s response was obviously having discussed this deal with the existing lenders! Hence is confident response to Malcy!

No dilution!

I have been selling elsewhere and adding here. I think most on this BB and of course others that know TXP really get how significant this RNS is.

Even without this deal the SP is so undervalued which makes this RNS a very compelling buy catalyst.

If north are not out this volume should clear any stock they have.

I know many peeps don’t do charts, yet when they buy a stock. First thing they do is look at a chart! lol!

But it’s just data like everything else in the mix. Sometimes it comes off sometimes doesn’t. But seems to make sense here.

Change in sentiment will have the biggest impact though!

How can I say that…. Based on the SP before the millions spent on the Casca infrastructure, the Trin ckup now being over, the 1Q25 drills coming up, this deal and the RBL confidence all being significant events since we were 100p!

Also not mentioned so far our partner would be Heritage whom we already get along ‘well’ with!

There are no other RNS’s with extra info.

Very sloppy of Nick and the broker IMO to not give the market the well data. That’s what sets up concerns!

He should have at least added the pressures in and that they needed a disposal well. All standard stuff!

I still think it’s a deliberate omission as there are a lot of hawks looking for helium acquisitions atm.

I am invested but will try and call what I think else these BB’s are a waste of time imo.

Anyways I won’t be buying anymore now until there is more surety that Nick can keep to his own timelines!

(Alliance News) - London's FTSE 100 is called to open higher on Friday, shaking off poor UK data, a sharp decline in Asian equities, and weaker trade in the US overnight.

The UK economy registered a surprise decline in October, sinking the pound, and providing a tailwind for a FTSE 100 stacked with international earners.

According to the Office for National Statistics, UK gross domestic product fell 0.1% in October from a month prior. In September, GDP had fallen at the same rate.

Growth of 0.1% was expected for October, however, according to consensus cited by FXStreet.

Quilter Investors analyst Lindsay James commented: "This morning's GDP figure presents the final snapshot of the UK economy before the Bank of England makes its last interest rate decision of 2024, and the picture is not all that pretty.

"It is looking increasingly likely that the Bank of England could stand alone in its decision at the December meeting to hold interest rates at their current level while the other central banks opt for cuts. The outlook for inflation in the UK remains uncertain, however with growth still weak whilst signs emerge that wage inflation will be meaningfully lower in the year ahead, the bank may make a return to cuts in the new year."

I haven’t watched interview yet, got early trades to do, but what’s your take on the ‘radio silence’ at Rost.

My view on possibilities are…

1. Needs more cash to sort out, that we don’t have atm.

2. It’s a duster (unlikely)

3. It’s good and they don’t want to release the data to the market else M3 could be snapped up!

I go with 3. I cannot believe the nomad/broker allowed Nick to just say the well is better than expected when we don’t know what was expected and not to give any data in an RNS to substantiate an opinion.

Imo it’s defo a cover up. Just what they hiding. That’s the question.

Perhaps you can ask him as he doesn’t reply to everyone’s emails.

Ok check out ROAD, PAF, 4BB etc ….and there are many more that have done very well… but ‘the market’ …mmm. Generalised …

So you know ‘the market’ , like it’s a person, plays to your narrative, adds weight to your discourse.

Don’t get me wrong; we all do it to a certain extent. Most caveat statements, so as not to play on emotions.

Many see the bear and bull case here and consequently the diatribe that follows (evidenced by so many posts) as folk pursue their own agendas!

Absolutely fine, if it’s factually or clearly identified as opinion based.

Facts, should always be referenced with a link imo or use quotations.

Surely the idea of these BB’s is to share relative data, views, research and opinions.

But then I am old school, I try to say little unless I have something to say…
