Even TXP, if you look back I told punters when to buy and when to sell and got it right 3 x in a row each yielding 10% av! And last call was sell. My current call is buy for 100p next year!

As for helium plays, I have done exceptionally well. I don’t wanna boast but peeps can see my historic HE1 calls posted, my HEX calls and even go back to many others like ARB where I was first and many of the covid stocks!

I was in HEX and HE1 from IPO and declined GEX! That’s proved right so far. Also got MSMN at .034! Jury is out!

So when I am saying that it’s very likely MDH will bag. I probably have more experience than house brokers!

That’s all I’m gonna say…

having been through the balance sheet, ops results etc and even criticised the ceo!

In the end punters gotta weigh up the upside v downside risk reward…then get a balance.

I recommend averaging in and out. It’s what I mostly do!

Esp as the risks are super-charged with the AQSE spread!

But honestly Tecan’s… with all the usual caveats, this one is worth a punt - whatever that means to you!

Hi ggg,

Agree with half your post re TIG… the numbers are there and keep coming through! I haven’t bought because I think it’s such a competitive space and things can change in an instant.

But likewise Games Workshop has also been on my watchlist for years. Never bought them for the similar reasons!

Yet look at the difference in SP. I can only surmise that ‘Warhammer’ has a higher entry barrier…

As for Aligator, he’s been here for ages, I actually think he wouldn’t post something that he didn’t witness at a first hand.

Some folk, I’d like to think self included, honour the underlying ethos of these BB’s and call it as we see it, obviously at that point in time.

Now that doesn’t mean to say Alligator hasn’t been sold a pup.

That’s just the world we live in. So you are correct to exercise caution.but likewise, I think he is correct based on the spike of volumes that subsequently subsided and his posting history. And I could be wrong! lol!

Anyways I am still very confident that we will be back over 100p here in the new year!

Call that statement by whatever name you want, having been here since sub 13p you get to realise your mistakes at one end of the sp; and the undervaluation of the sp at the other end! !

I will leave that statement for others to figure as it’s just my opinion based on current v historical data!

i reckon it ‘s balance sheet is at evens now from sales.

has a 5.4% helium well, rost to come on line.. a company maker? well rost will grab the headlines but the company maker is really the deal with scout and the culmination of lots of self funding little wells right next to infrastructure.

theh have psa own trucks and 6 wells atm + contracts and sales. plus a frac and horizontal drilling option which will transform production

mcap 1.3m, 6 wells tiddlers but cash generating and a pos company maker plus potential for around 100 wells!

gex 9.5m on good prospects - but disconcerting corporate structure - no revenue

hex 25m has two wells - both potential company makers - no revenue

he1 59m a poss well in the **** end of nowhere a jv which has been diluted but no revs

so cut to the chase is mdh likely to go to 13m. possibly = 10 bagger.

go to other end is he1 likely to got to 580m, possibly but not as likely as mdh to go to 13m….

you get the gist.

i have 175k shares atm think i am around 4.7p average. so significantly underwater but i am still buying.

i made a killing on he1 twice and on hex. think i spotted another.

anyways off on hols next week, got some last minute winter sun so will be topping up there with any change left over!

if ya wanna buy just put in small amounts over time imo. like tro says it can change in an instant with some volume. but i wouldn’t just watch as you may not be able to get in after rto.

if you can say stick in £500 for foot in door then build from there.

Thanks for the link, just listened to the MDH interview…… I continue to add throwing away 40% at a time due to the horrendous spread! …..But calculating it will change in the future. Prob next Feb.

Could be share of the year for 2025 due to mcap….

As an explorer and a producer it can 10 bag and still not reach the mcap’s of the other explorers!

Needs the prospectus done and later an AIM listing though. So super risky but adding 25k shares slowly over time.

Soulac - that statement is probably why it dropped to the 5’s. Why wouldn’t they ‘remain committed’ what does that mean. Must try harder? and as for Q2 who waits to run outta cash before they raise cash?

You can take such statements either way. Sleep easy or be concerned.

Given the track record here of extended timelines albeit against a very challenging macro but nonetheless the company narrative has fallen short of their own timescales far too often. Hence the SP.

Doesn’t mean they won’t get there, doesn’t mean they will but having seen tro’s cnbc tracker post I topped up. I had a feeling we’d touch the fives so that was the buy signal for me.

But I am not sticking around. Will hopefully get a bit of cash back and move on.

I don’t think anyone is that clever. Clever enough to orchestrate any outcome. Even if the ‘deep state’ tried, the output wouldn’t be what they said on the flip chart.

Things seldomly transpire how one intended, especially if a butterfly unexpectedly flaps its wings!

What usually happens is an event occurs and folk look back trying to figure it out. Then they claim how clever they have been, but there’s too many strings and they’re all in knots!

We can’t play God, we just try!

If the 1.7 x divi cover on HL is correct they have enough headroom to cover the divi on the new shares.

current divi cover is 1.7x the divi cost now = 20199590.12

The 1.7x less divi cost now = 8317478.29

less the extra divi = 5924748.48

So in round numbers. Divi cost 20m pa, iif we use 1.7x cover. Then less the extra shares we have 5.9m left

They also have around 3m in cash at last accounts, but announced 5m cash from a recent divestment.

As a health check recurring cash revs excl divestments is 24.50m

But divi costs last year was 12m so it’s gone up substantially.

It would help if they stated their intention. You can bet the insti’s know if they will cut divi or not before they ran the book!

So they have cash but imo they may still cut due to the rate they are issuing shares!

We could see a cut to 0.5-0.6p and they could spin it that you just got stock at 27.5p so our yield would still be high! Also they can explain that the company is in a great place with 23.5m in cash to grow its book and its divi again.

So having looked at the data I actually expect a small cut but on the whole the prospects look good esp with new cash so I have Duke as a hold and perhaps a buy again when intentions are know.

You are probably right offmessage. Esp now, that’s a heck of a lot of shares to find divi cash for!

However, sp May hold up as sometimes the insti’s are more interested in growing the book than income. They have a longer term view than many PI’s. Especially income seekers that usually need the cash monthly.

I will set some time aside tomorrow to try and work out the cover. What would help is if they announce a deal for the extra cash before the shares are placed.

I may sell what I have and keep the placing shares or keep the lot not sure yet. Next xd is end December, pays out in January which is nice!

Duke… took 23.5m!

I think that a divi cut will no follow. Shame as it’s a high yield quarterly payer that slots in nicely on my income profile. I sold when they announced the placing bought some back a tad below the placing price and used the difference to fund cheaper placing shares.

So although I am down overall on the trade atm it could have been worse.

But if they come back up it will look very clever! lol!

I see Trumps hush money case is thrown out… on cnbc…..guilty on all counts but not if you are a president elect!

“ A New York judge Friday indefinitely postponed President-elect Donald Trump’s sentencing in his criminal hush money case.

Judge Juan Merchan in a court order also allowed Trump’s attorneys to file motions to dismiss the case, in which Trump was found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records.

The ruling cancels, for now, the sentencing that was set for next Tuesday.

Prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office told Merchan this week that they supported pausing the sentencing date in order to give the defense lawyers time to argue that the case should be tossed entirely.

Well I am really sorry but if I don’t get a round number how will I cope! lol!

£23.5m with new shares on same rights looks to me like a divi cut albeit they will probably say short term until cash is allocated.

I guess we will have to see what happens when they list. I expect a some profit taking and a brief dip below the placing price.

Similar to temple I sold all mine and then managed to buy a reduced amount back at a tad under 27p. Then used the difference in funds to finance a request for £11k in shares (40,000). Don’t know if I will get them all though.

If they cut the divi here I will have to have a think about next steps.
