As usual people take my posts to extremes to belittle the logic.

I certainly have personal knowledge of people with tumours who have shrunk. If you are doing a clinical trial you cannot afford to overlook that this may be what happens with one of your patients. That is why we need to see data for all patients and why P2 probably needs to happen.

What is all this research you’ve done? What is happening with the competing cancer treatments.

What sources independent of Avacta are you using to corroborate your conclusions??

I have repeatedly challenged the science. The results from P1 so far pretty much prove safety but the insignificant number of patients data that has been published has not convinced the market or BP. HENCE p1 continues. Al has intimated that nothing pivotal will happen until end of fortnightly testing. No breakthrough RNS. No takeover. No fund raise. No license. All being well in mid year we’ll get a great licensing deal from Novartis for AVA3996 and then we can all be friends again.

Sometimes cancer tumours just start shrinking of their own accord. Very small likelihood but that may have been our lucky patient that is held up as proof beyond doubt that AVA6000 is a winner.

I keep telling you why I’m invested. The upside still outweighs the downside. In fact the more the SP drops the more that is the case.

I bought another 4K in January. But I’m not betting my house on it.

And I’ve only ever posted about Avacta because my other investments are nice safe boring dividend earning companies.

And people saying I m not researched. If you mean I haven’t carefully analysed every word out of Al’s mouth and interpreted it in the best light, then you are right. But I do keep up with the competitive oncology treatments. Some of you guys know all about the form of the Avacta “horse” you are betting on but haven’t bothered to study the form of the other “horses “ in the race.

The conclusion that “it works “ is based on data from 3 people. This obviously isn’t enough for IIs to invest or BP to license.

Like you say there must be data from cohort 7. So ask yourself, if that’s an improvement, why not RNS it?

I am invested.

The long term upside still outweighs the possible downside.

I don’t expect any upward SP movement until after mid year when fortnightly dosing trial data is published.

But my concern is that we didn’t get a data rich presentation in December and I think that that was because any efficacy measured in trial patients differed significantly. Hence silence until more consistent results obtained in 2 week trial.

I do gain comfort from the two recent senior hirings though.

Look at my posts. I’m looking forward to pivotal results at end of fortnightly trial. Any talk of significant SP movement before then is fantasy and I will continue to call it out as such. All the true investors on here like me are frustrated by lack of news on progress (apart from two new hires) but fantasising is pointless and annoying.

Thank you. I am not in any way saying AVA6000 won’t be successful. I’m just trying to understand the complexity of efficacy on different patients and the potential effects of concentration of AVA6000 in the bloodstream, rate of excretion, exposure at the tumour site and rate of cleavage of dox.
