Thank you Sim.F, put together a lot of the questions that I ask from time to time. This and inf from Multi on other BB tells me that whilst there is obviously competition in this big market, CC combined with Silicon are still well ahead with Smart Comms.
It is a matter of how quickly Indian authorities move to meet their targets. You can see why Silicon is happy to hitch to our waggon.
Can still envisage us getting large part of Indian market and good inroads to rest to world.

Someone is trying to get SP movement. I think they would need 100k, 200k.
As JC video's seem to work it would be nice to monthly updates or near to. Say 15 minutes on his own, no interviewer, just simple updates from his office. if and when account figures required Heather could called upon. Coming over as a one man chat show I think would develop a more hands on feel. LT's know where we are at, its newbies that need convincing.
As Smart Comms is the corner stone of this moderinsation this feeling of local commitment and involvement could go a long way towards Indian investment.

Hello Colour. It had to happen, it could not be overlooked. At least CC is a sub contractor so if there are any manufacturers outside of the problem we may find we are on their Smart Comms suppliers list. Hopefully other States are not involved.

I suppose we must be seen to participate in local affairs but must equally keep an eye on finances.
With all that is going on I would have thought that we would have reached breakeven by now, may be we have.

Hello LTI, it is not often that we do not think along similar lines.
I will define my question, is participating in CSR costing CC money.
Unless it is to our immediate benefit I feel we should avoid gifts. We are an AIM company who lives within a tight budget. This should change in next 24 months.
I am looking at installing meters this year not 5 years time.
I know this is India but we have splashed cash around too often.

LTI, you say excellent but what does 'contributing' actually mean.

Good to see some profit takers, frees up spares for MM's.
I feel if JC can dig out a couple of interesting items in the next fortnight, SP will establish itself back to 30p and on to 40p+.
Newbies have to come in and make a lot of DYOR but with all that is going on existing Funds etc may want to pick up a few before tender results. This is India but the floodgates will open soon.
I think now that the finances have been organised and Utilities do not have to find up front cash, which they did not have, that most tenders will be placed to the full customer extent. It is fortunate that CC can provide to virtually all manufacturers that pass SLA and with latest tie up Silicon can cover IoT and long distance.

In my opinion a very strong buy, with all of the not yet finalised tenders may be up to 50% in our favour if we are lucky, that is big money. The new link with Silicon could well make us the only contester for Smart Cities and any Utility that wants to offer the Full Monty to customers. JC is picking substantial partners.
Whilst we increased our number of shares recently we still do not have many in total for buying so there could be a squeeze during the day. Any that can be bought for under 20p are probably going to be valuable in short and long term.

It will be interesting to see if Thursday - new ISA - gets an early start before SP rises.
There has never been so many different possibilities lined up for CC. The new Smart City prospects with all the links would give CC a bottomless pit of work. I feel CC's distance capability (9km) will feature considering the amount of tall buildings.
The other element that has not been spoken about lately (if it happens at all worldwide) is driverless cars. To communicate in a heavy built area would need penetration through a building. However may be 20 years down the line.

Very strong buy to me.
LTI, very promising, a lot of companies want to be the best in Smart, CC's association with Silicon has created that.
A big company like Alfanar will do the heavy lifting but CC fills the Smart headache at a good price, speedy, reliable.
I do not think that the CC Smart aspect of any contract has had a fault, they appear to be striving for 100% SLA so Alfanar are in safe hands.
The odd Pi still pitches for a buyout but I would suggest that JC, with the prospect of multi $bn contracts aims at least for 500p plus even an additional allocation of shares in buying company.
To me there is definitely GOLD in them there hills.

ITT, your nibbles are getting bigger. One good bounce of SP and you could be a £millionaire.

That is interesting LTI, at global level. Alfanar are massive and their projects are gigantic so with Smart Comms appearing to be the centre of these new smart cities from traffic lights to everything else electric, many of them standard gadjets, this jv could well put both companies at forefront of Smart.

Morning all.. even the other BB cannot invent excitement. I think they are suggesting longterm PI's dig deep and buy.
With so much going on the SP is bound to bounce on one or two larger signings.
I feel it is a mixture of MM's acting on small movements to stimulate buy/sell, shorters (if they do AIM) and day traders but it is only going one way.
If when under 1m units the order book achieved 29p then allowing for increase in number of additional shares in circulation we should be back at 29p. with 2.3m current book. May be JC should consider quarterly video presentations in the absence of tender paperwork. Hopefully this is our last SP hurdle, once we get a TOTEX monthly income and tenders steadily build the share demand should grow rapidly.

Colour, not talking about old comments on ARM comparison, since then things have changed completely for CC.
If CC tie in more closely with Silicon, who appear on several Boards, the combined technology and CC's on site capabilities, could make them a formidable pair. Customers can have total IoT etc, fast installs, reasonable price.

Thanks for that summary LTI. By the time all of the procedures are gone through and SLA delays it must be recognised that an MOU does not get follow ons the next month but sometimes takes many months.
CC has done very well in the Indian stop/start market, its own contracts MYSORE (where it proved itself) getting reorders and then Intellismart with Assam, and Bihar (1m) which I think even surprised Colour as he had Bihar earmarked solely for EDF. That was at short notice so was CC saving the day for Intellismart.
I am sure the coming months will see CC re-priced by market, 50p to 100p may be, there is so much coming up.

The SP ups and downs is probably yearend and tax year ISA's. It is just tickering, there is too much going for CC so it the MM's making a few bob. Colour no comment on my MINI ARM thoughts, with SILICON on board could sweep far beyond ASIA, may even drag in our Americas director. You just never know, if something works and its mainly software

Colour I thought in the past you said MOUs didn't count for much.
If you read again the Presentation, my link Sunday 09:06 you will see JC has much more to deal with.
I would be more interested to know exactly what this Silicon FG25 can do.
First of all CC could provide a highly resilient link between consumer and Utility of low data, then it could do IoT and much more, now it can do all platforms, long distance, all City functions. To me this makes it capable of performing all of India's Smart needs and able to connect any of the Utilities.
As CC can now do everything, to me it now capable of being a Mini ARM, if we get a 5m unit tender or another Framework. Who knows Silicon attachment to CC may get L&G to ditch their internal Stack arrangments if it pays them.

JC outlined his 1:20mS ratio which I assume is an average if possible.
We must expect a reduction for volume, however CC seems predominant in the market with its SLA so being sought after will probably not drift down too much. Whilst it is principally designed for RF market it can do anything, filling hotspot links, doing the whole Canopy, making use of FG25 which we may hear about in more detail.
All in all CC is the Smart Comms for India.
I enjoyed JC's dig at UK and its waste of money but its not the MP,s cash.
CC came into UK Smart via back door so late to the party. So £13 -17bn come have been £5bn.
I said before that I thought by using CC/RF we could have avoided DCC and have instantaneous switching.
My thoughts may have been wrong.
