Read recently an article which goes with my line of thinking, saying do not apply the full market principles to AIM. It is basically a risk taking market where people are looking for breakthroughs and possibly big gains. Well I think longterm CC's have learnt the meaning of risk with SP rising and falling so many times. This time it would appear CC have cracked it, just a matter of by how much. Strickly my opinion.
SP whilst at the mercy of market does seem to be somewhat adrift.
Looking back a few years, when we had an order book of 0.8m units I think SP was 29p.
Calling that 1m units = 30p say, we have now got a book of 5m, allowing for the fact that share numbers increased by 25% and increased staff but got more HES, training etc, so possibly evening out I would think that SP could look like 30p X 5 = 150p.
Going one stage further, supposing we achieve in this round 30m units, should we be looking at 150p X 6 (30m/5) = 900p. If CC is all its made out to be it is a valuable asset which could make 3/4 qtrs of India Smart. I am possibly thinking too big numbers wise but that is what we are here for. I think I need a wall to hide behind.
