That simplifies it somewhat. Digismart is a stepdown from CC Inida, CC India is a stepdown from CC Holdings. Therefore to me CC Holdings selling 51% CC India automatically bestows ownship to their part of Digismart upon Intellismart. DYOR,

Really Colour I don't know why you bother with shares at all. Any shares. Even small companies have Divisions, some of which are more prosperous than others. As ITT often remarks CC lays out a lot of R&D cash. India has the best chance of profit which is why JC is concentrating on it and that's the bit Intellismrt wants. Last 2 years has been staffing expansion and now with all that met Intellismart wants control before somebody else does. Don't forget they have engaged CC for a couple of years now and like what they see. DYOR

Colour, what I am saying is CC Holdings is valued but is CC India, which what Intellismart wants to purchase. CC ROW could be holding CC India back which could have a terrific niche value especially if GoI wants it as a benchmark of Smart Meter Software and installation speed..

Keep up ITT, previously I said a 2 for 1 split allowing Intellismart to purchase them holders for 50p, giving PIs a return and Intellismart control for £170m. Effectively we would then be part of GoI.

ITT. Something is going to happen soon I think. Intellismart is set for CC India not Digismart. Again we ask who owns what. Take a step back, CC India has no built in value so could be worth a fortune. Colour I am still looking for a high price and possibly a 2 for 1 where PIs could participate. DYOR.

On the other hand ITT. I think you have said in the past that major changes to CCs finances had to be notified on AIM. How do you think they got around that.

ITT, now you making assumptions. JC will have to make a statement on its position with Genus as it could have a great financial effect on CC. THIS IS NOT A SECRET SQUIRRAL situation, are we part of Genus or not. Remembering we are an AIM regulated company.

ITT, a follow on. Memory, CC supplied Genus with Nodes A credit note cover, so the gap (1 month) between manufacture and delivery to Genus cash covered. Upon delivery Genus paid up front for items. Then it was decided to manufacture on Genus bench, the main point being the Genus provided all the materials so not costing CC anything ( to me that is a licence ). Not heard anything since. Trust my memory is correct but puts CC in the middle of this massive order book, what are your thoughts on this LTI. DYOR

Morning ITT, I think CC must still be a supplier. To my memory we went in-house onto the Genus production line and JC has never confirmed otherwise, so me still there. Also again I seem to remember Genus is an heavy supplier to Intellismart. Perhaps these points will be addressed by JC tomorrow.

I certainly hope something positive comes out of AGM for the ordinary shareholder. These closed circuit offerings have gone on for miles too long. We are given exciting news by JC and told by Heather we do not need further cash, unless this and that, next minute more shares are issued under guise of development even though future income will be received on monthly basis. Then we are told we are supporting schools etc but with what cash. The product and organisation appears to be exceeding good hence Intellismart interest. So why do we keep diluting PI shares to the point where we no longer have any influence. This time JC look after your PIs, dont give it all away. Not impressed at present.

Vast, to me it would be extremely interesting if HPL used CC as AMISP. I have always understood that HPL is the biggest meter manufacturer in India, may be wrong. It would be worth digging around to see any other likely AMISPs.

Vast, could it be that Intellismart, considering these latest moves, were waiting for CC to get AMISP certs.

ITT, they are not by chance toying with you. There is no rush for Intellismart and I recon most of those were buys today.

I would think if Intellismart were intending to buy some CC top up on open market for their venture they will not see many around.
