Yes gizmo, CC's life is now getting very complicated. I feel the Omni could be be the centre of many set ups, just a matter of right disclosures at the right time. ITT further thought AIM has NOMAD's, would it be wiser to contact them first for information rather than Compliance. Just a thought.

All. With 13m units on the books and anticipating a financial linkup with Intellismart we should at least have achieved, over last 6 months, 50p onwards.

Regarding Intellismarts possible takeover what price is placed on CC India which JC said is the target. To me CC India is the goldmine in the group and if created with say 300m shares could well be 100p at this time, having no R&D incumbency. DYOR

If your findings are true then this is serious. My thoughts are that SP should have been way above 30p with 6m units on outstanding book and now 6.5m should put it well above 50p based on previous order book of 1m units fetching 26p. JC must be concerned and is may be follwing up otherwise it could well be down to your technical knowledge enquire further ITT. Good luck.

Well Vas that line of thinking is getting close to my thoughts of 50p but way before me. So again, 2 f0r 1 offer to current holders, on condition they are sold on to Intellismart Consortium for 50p, limit Intellismart to total of 55% with no buying or selling for 5 years (will probably suit them), existing CC India BOD to continue. This would keep shareholders happy and no doubt attract a lot of business from all comers. DYOR

Hi bskiny, good question but I was surprised at the speed which the shares rose then dropped this morning. Not very logical. Were they trying to shake out those that come in at say 3p, hung around and now out in case of drop. Thats AIM.

Sorry to bore the lot of you. When the size of that RNS was announce and taking into account awards outstanding on the market I was expecting SP to rise rapidly to 14p today and be well on the way to 50p by end of week.

ITT you are now going down an entirely different avenue. I have been going along the line that the Dealers are holding the purse strings and building every so often to their own gains. However this 8p business has been going on far too long and with new contracts should be in the 40/50p range when you consider 1m units fetched 26p.. CC took on double the staff at a cost obviously, to me, being aware of what was in the offing. I would not be surprised if Intellismart were securing their 51% to say 55% gap in advance in block through dealer. Always get shot of them if not required. I know you do not mind me saying you do have a fair holding, enough to raise the issue but I hope CC will issue a rebuttle if you are incorrect. I do support sincerity. DYOR

ITT, there is some unknown here but this is AIM. Your calculations are designed for FTSE100. We have been here a long time and this could well be the turning point. Intellismart are a bit like our Civil Service they put things together to please the GoI. They are there to make money but I suspect primarily for GoI smooth move towards Smart. If CC get in with Intellismart it will a bit like EDF being owned by the French Government. A lot of orders can come your way. DYOR

ITT I seem to remember it was Intellismart that previously purchased to disseminate as required. Hopefully that lot is exhausted so needs replacement. I think JC would be quite happy for the Intellismart merger to go ahead, as it means security for future orders and bank finance and AMISP. Any other liasion would have question marks around different aspects such as money. Also generous orders from Intellismart who is a Solution not a manufacturer. If for instance with one or two more large orders we achieved 50p then on a 2 for 1 issue as I suggested with a buyback from shareholders to Intellismart attached to deal then everybody would be more than happy. Do not forget I mentioned 51% many moons ago. DYOR

I agree CC is stronger but I also think it needs to show this in various statements. JC did say that CC with AMISP to set to approach next round of bids. It was we that pulled the idea forward to this round.

Hello ITT, you are getting worse than Colour. Are all of the bonus past their dates. May be as a sign of good will should ask JC/HP to halve their pay until we get a satisfactory outcome to merger or at least go into profit.

I would think that by now CC India CEO is playing an important role. Would that be well received. DYOR
