ITT, I do believe AIM is not really for you. Looking back to ARM and all the IT pre 2000. Nearly all had massive SPs but most were way in debt. AIM is a chance, CC has got this far and could well be a winner. That's the risk not company accounts, try FTSE100.

Hello trader. AIM is what it is. No use sighting history. Unless very lucky all AIMs have a bumpy ride. CC focused on India primarily for the numbers game but also because need to completely revamp. Then we get the problems, early Smart was not really Smart, Colour said all that the villages wanted was a lightbulb,well not quite right. Once you unleash something they want the works. Energy in India will no doubt be a goldmine, for who another matter.

Well you can't knock that LTI, a very good performance. Casting our minds back, led the way in Mysore, Government showcased in Indore and now this. CC/JC has certainly not faded in ability. SP should improve on this update, well done.

Colour, there is no realness in what you say. You are saying that JC and Heather are selling the comapny out. This a long way off the statements they have made. The Fund companies came in way above these figures. I think you are in a dream world. They would not stand for being stitched up and there is a lot of varied PIs who would not take kindly either.

Morning jake, I was around with ARM and it was not easy going for them, luck plays a lot in timing. They were still not worth anything like £28bn at their takeover but Softbank decided they were to them. If Intellismart got control for £170m they would be on a winner for the 50p return to shareholders. The £5 is for auction and complete takeover and subsequent future profit and possible sector domination including ROW. Colour CAP £2.5bn. and comes down to value to industry.

YES JC did mention India going over the 300 m. Those first signings of the already sanctioned 100m will totally change the scene.

Jake my thinking is purely on a niche product, it's not what is going on right now but the near and far future. Remember us saying JC bought Connode to save us R&D costs for IPv6.

At £170m for a consortium that is not a bad price.

I said way back I would like to see a 51% consortium made up of the likes of Genus, Intellismart etc where their supplies are guaranteed and they let CC get on with it. As we are capable of AMISP then CC must now be more use as a complete Smart package solution. Should we attract a 100% bid then I would suggest not selling below £5. As a small but indispensable part,+SLA, +Reliability, then sentiment should be sky high. DYOR.

Looking at those buy/sell moves, are people moving their AIMs into ISA's. Anticipating large SP rise.

Long term investors have put up with a lot. Where legal I would to see, a 2 for 1 share issue and the consortium to automatically purchase this issue at 50p. That would give consortium control at a cost of about £170m, not bad for such a Gemstone. Existing holders would have a dilution but hopefully CC would have bounced sufficiently to hold 50p and more.

Played carefully I think this could be a win,win,win for JC and us. Having CC under its belt Intellismart could clear the board with all pieces in place, including Bank. Be lucky if you can pick up shares over next few days I feel.

This could be JCs and my retirement package, LOL.
