RE: IntelliSmart investing in Cyan1 Aug 2024 08:53
Hold back a little bit LTI, until we know the deal. I thought a consortium of say Genus, L+T etc would take a majority (51%) , cheaper than a takeover. Intellismart is logical as takes on any meter manufacturers, it also sees us as its AMISP arm. So next we look at share ownership, if they bought on open market (especially Indian market) they would probably soar, so what pricing would JC put on new issue, not pennies again I hope. Always puts in that caviat,no more share releases unless I need it for expansion, 50% last time. CC is now becoming worth something as a catalyst, who can be left to see the job from beginning to end. Don't muck it up John. DYOR.
