Well Colour, could it just be the concern is in the implementation and will CC be the turning point they have been waiting for, AMISP and Cellular. You can see Inellismarts interest. It's the middleman (CC) that can create continuity and once you can trust that in all terrains it will be full ahead.

Set up, will be a useful tool. At present I don't share the doom and gloom. CC is the ideal proven for Smart Meters in India that I think will be well be cherished ( not a regular word on this BB) after all these years of hanging around.

Interesting read on other BB. They are more at odds than us. I would not be surprised if the aim of 51% is for CC Holdings. The GoI wants Made in India but also wants to make in ROW. Intellismart may do the dirty on us but it also wants a stable workforce so that it can let them get on with it. The AMISP thing probably suits them as the whole spectrum is then covered. Well jake after the information LEAKED out on to common ground we will have to see what the outcome of this latest excitement will be. I think we will come out alright as JC has a fair few shares, I will be most disappointed if he has done a cheap deal. Others will be less forgiving. There is a good deal to be had pleasing both parties.

ITT, I do moan at you but like your figures work. That would be perfect for me on FTSE100. My emphasis is always that we are on Nuthouse AIM. The key which JC is not allowed to talk about is the future. There are others in India with Smart ability but to me CC has got to the all singing all dancing safe hands position that even Intellismart is highly attracted to. Forget all the past costs, covered by our share purchases. I feel the 2 for 1 and Intellismart buy back to 51% for CC Holdings is the solution. I would go a step further and say let them buy on market upto 55% on the understanding of no buying/selling from them for 5 years then open to all comers or a buy out. All parties would be happy with this owning of a niche item which is all that a Smart meter consists of. I think I'll get a stall down the market. DYOR .

This year we have seen several highlights but because of India's administration slowness seen no SP improvement. I think CCs efficiency in INDORE/MYSORE got us well in with Intellismart who then said you must get AMISP so we can trust you with the whole installation oversite. That done I think they now want CC as an integral part of their organisation but by owning just 51% will please GoI by offering out to other Sanctioned AMISPs. Long winded I know.

That is interesti ng jake, my thought is that they want 51% of CC India to control Digismart. Genus supply a lot of meters to Intellismart so could well want part of the action and L+T, probably not HPL. Must be many onlookers.

That is confusing ITT, on most occasions when takeovers etc are in the air prices rise. Others may want to bid especially if they use CC and need to protect their supply interest for future contracts.

Colour, things are not always that negative. Lots goes on behind the scenes. Remember eye brows were raised when CC suddenly took on 67 new staff. Not logical for what was happening at the time. May be this was in mind but took longer. If there is a part buy out at least funds would be guaranteed with NIIF plus the advanced monthly payments scheme.
