Morning LTI, I think there is a strong chance of CC getting away this time with so much in the pot, massive order book and massive orders to be awarded in near future. Drawbacks in the past were massive increase in staff, laying out for materials so much R&D. This followed by Heather saying we will not need more money followed almost immediately by needing it. Well that all appears to be behind us now. We will probably get a few of the 33m shares back on the market if we drop to 5p or rise to 30p (more likely), panic or profit.

I think we have never been so near to saying ' its all about to happen'. DYOR

Well Colour not low but CC currently have X 10 of past order book and it is anticipated possibly X 10 again. Where 33m shares achieving 50p with new orders arriving would be worth X 5 or £15m plus others exercising warrants for millions of £'S. No on this occasion probably chose this route.

Well Colour not quite so basic as that. CCs collateral is signed orders. If everybody had enough security they would not need a loan. Risk determining the interest rate.

Morning Colour. We don't know that HSBC would not loan. What we do know is that JC has gone down the same route as looks easy but is there more to it, as ITT said are they changing the demographics of voters away from PIs.

I would prefer loans. I feel after all this time has elapsed there will be a massive signing of contracts and CC AMISP will get a chunk. Their past performance has been solid and on time. A bit concerned about CC India setting up new Research, thought we already had one in North India. Is this to make them even more self-sufficient. Are we maintaining labs outside of India. I feel that CC shortly has big times ahead so after all this time I want to be in it. DYOR

Well Colour we have been waiting. As CC is in many parts of India will the next couple of weeks see the opening of the flood gates. Athough we get these pipeline orders occasionally will most still be 1m. With all of these orders about to be placed is there a good chance that we will see 1m X 20 = 20m. They have waited long enough. I will have a look at my holding this coming week, hope there are decent sized volumes available. DYOR

Do not hear much about us and the 3 main makers, Genus, L+T, HPL.

Are we now supplying HPL or did they team up with Wirepas. DYOR

Afternoon LTI. You know my hang up about Genus. 'Genus, El Sewedy are partners but have not publicly done business with CC lately' , well have they done business or haven't they done business, these are important partners. So we are doing big business with Intellismart who are presumably doing big business with Genus, I think you get my gist, so who are supplying the Smart Comms for Genus meters for delivery to Intellismart. Repetition, a short time back we were supplying modules to Genus who presumably had no Smart of their own, then with agreement with JC Genus took CC inhouse, supplying the raw materials. All well and good so far but for the fact we heard no more from JC, now I understand Genus do their own. JC needs to say what happened to our software/hardware. I am be entirely wrong about this but I am sure you would know. I am in this company for my own capital, I can smile or not smile . DYOR

Morning All. Will we hold even 9p, looking at the Presentation and line up of partners, are we the only company not making a profit and therefore making a loss. Is this a 'Dell Boy' situation. We all know the company is good and product good but are we contually over stretching our goals. At present we need to make a profit from Smart Electric but no we have to be researching everything else to the point where the compaany is put in danger. Do we need another lab, is that to make India an independent going concern, are we closing other global labs, can we afford all these labs, can we afford to fund schools when we have not got any cash or is that part of trading in India. There is a lot of money to be made but a fool and his money are soon parted, think on BOD. No one is doing cartwheels at this end.

We have got all of this business and not made a penny, too busy looking good. We do a float up goes the SP and down again and so on. It would have been cheaper to take a loan than give away 30-50m shares as we are getting all that money next year. Would definitely be impressed if we reach Zeus 26p. Dont forget the 51% could still be hovering. Could that be a reason for not getting a sub from Intellismart after all they are fully using us. DYOR

SColour leave LTI alone, everybodies entitled to their say as you well know. My objection is not with the company or product, its the way they say successful fund raiser when majority were not involved and of course it was dilution on the very cheap not a loan. Why did JC go down that route when he had all the time in the world to approach others like Intellismart, Genus, Schneider, its peanuts to them. No he gives it away at a stupid price, what was he thinking. And annoyingly helps himeself at the same time when knows they are worth 30p+. That is what niggles me. DYOR

You have overlooked one thing, my comments as an amateur were based on mainly exciting disclosures which were then followed by negatives, fundings etc which not needed according to CFO statements but then suddenly were needed. This business of recent 7p following a massive order win, you cannot say that is right, logiically without that order we would have been down to 1p etc, a premium on a third of the value of a share is no premium. In the past JC had to justify floating say 5m shares to pay for materials, now he is doing it with 50m last Nov, 33m etc etc now. These are not snippets but massive great chunks turning a previous total holding of 150m shares to beyond 350m . Most book keepers would be astounded. Not good enough. DYOR

Morning Jake, JC says he has no control over SP but he has control over offerings. So why set this up when he thinks SP Should be much higher. Equally Heather said no funding required with the caveat unless needed for expansion, well 6m units already in bag so not subject to funding. This move should be rejected unless not possible by holders. Not happy. DYOR

Well Colour I will go with MUGGED OFF. LTI how can you come in boasting a premium of 17% when it was at the lowest point. Why didn't they come in at 30p, that would be underpriced. I hope ITT gets a result from his complaint. We have won large contracts taking us from 0.8m units up to 13.1m units and as a result gone from 28p to 7p. I think that is poor management. Never offered to existing PI's, too much like hard work, offered out at ludicrously low prices to associates.

Unless JC can explain it in his usual manner it needs justifying from outside. Dont forget we got that 6.5m unit order recently, could be entirely seperate but also be part of that elusive 51%. How many shares will that add up to. DYOR

Hi rivaldo, very good writeup. Somewhere in the system there appears to be manipulation I feel. It needed your drawing attention to our 80% cover etc to bring realisation back to SP. I think this is the start of a rise to 50p, which if there is any fixing going on, will worry the other camp. None of us knows exactly what is happening but looking at past performance (1m units = £20m) I feel we should be way above 50p. Thats my view as an amateur. Otherwise a 50m units award would get us nothing. Could it be somebody is trying to get us on the cheap, they could have a surprise. I feel CC is a sought after asset. DYOR

Not quite certain what JC can do but he needs to do something. There's no justification for CC not now soaring away with 13.1m units on the books.
