I totally agree LTI, it is the product, implementation and efficiency that counts. So for all it's size if CC can do better especially with terrain obstacles etc then as AMISP they could be chosen. To your memory did JC make a reference to PEA in the last 6 months, RNS/video session. DYOR.

Hello LTI, I agree Trilliant has been in these areas for some time. It would be interesting which Company they are using to supply and install, was that Itron. They may already be superior but JC did say CC were looking to be involve in the larger Thailand (PEA or MEA?) so he still had them in his sights. Would be nice to have an update on Thailand.

Hello gizmo, to me CC is in an almost unique position, it can be a doer for all parties and the rush is on. I have been annoyed many times that CC is over spending, however I must acknowledge JC has planted the seeds which take off. Should we get countries surrounding India followed by Thailand/ Malaysia etc I am sure that CC will be recognised as the Smart middle man that gets things done. Sounds a bit woolley but often that's how it happens. DYOR.

Hi gizmo, looking at world map it would certainly widen CCs foothold to Thailand, Malaysia and expand through East Indies. Large opportunity.

Hello gizmo, it would be interesting to consider if CC is in the sights ofTrilliant for the 51% but in. From past memeory Trilliant is not a meter maker more solutions. ITs tie up with Intellismart I believe was for HES. That being the case CC would be a handy hands-on addition with a good reputation for efficiency. DYOR

All, surprised SP did not get into 15 - 20 range this week. To me worth beyond 30p under present orders and well up to 50p on sentiment and 51% suggestion.

ITT, you were probably joking but the idea of - if can't beat join them was surprising. With in excess of 1000000 shares a mark up of 3000%(30 times) would certainly be a winner. Have you finished your SIPPs.

Morning LTI. In my opinion CC would do very well displaying at ENLIT conventions. I have been following them for a long time, I seem to be on their participants list, inviting me to set up display etc. Not sure how that happened, way back. Entry into that part of the world would be massive.

Thanks ITT. JC would want to double that at least I presume. I would think we are looking at 50p before Any consideration. Possibly a hell of a lot more after all these years. Could still see Intellismart coming in at 50p. A very cheap option to secure the guts of a Smart meter. These meters are going to rollout for years. DYOR.

Yes ITT, Asia. I think that JC will aim for a lot higher SP AS its part of his calculations to hold shares and as a guess I would think his average is more 40 - 50p with all the different levels he has bought at. Should be interesting. DYOR.

Morning ITT. Wasn't the 33m out to the fund at 7p + premium. If we had risen to 20p, still cheap, they probably would not have touch it. So to me still suspicious. Should have gone for a loan if all this new work in the offering had confidence. DYOR

Would that have triggered a massive SP before they got the 33m shares away, dirt cheap. CC is worth a lot more right now, 30p plus, in my opinion. DYOR

Hello LTI. To me it's good that some are shedding shares. They are probably happy and it brings more onto the market.

Morning mcgoof. Yes I have been woundering about the 51% after all the current share numbers. I said a little while ago if CC did a 2 for 1 issue, no charge, on the understanding that Intellismart could purchase them at 50p then all parties would be satisfied. I mentioned 50p because I thought the value of the shares should at be 50p and for some reason were being held back. With current situation we will probably soon reach 50p so no loss to Intellismart and they would get an inhouse AMISP/ Smart Comms, which would be handy for them as not manufacturers. I would expect that they would be allowed no more than 55% with no further trading for 5 years. My thoughts, DYOR

Hi ITT, at this stage I feel a strong buy situation. You deal in balance sheets, I look at numbers but also ' what ifs'.

On this occasion I am thinking JC why buy such a small amount, however if he does not want to appear greedy but knows he is on a winner why not buy a present for somebody. I probably would. DYOR

Yes LTI, i think you are right. If we are getting noticed we could rapidly move to 28 -30p for starters. We came in at those prices and since then have clocked up 10 times that order book.

Well Colour you know I can only go part way along your route. Estimates per unit in the past have been between £12 and £20. With AMISP possibly £25. Most of the costs, apart from this latest lab, are built in. Dont know why Heather brought Invoice Discounting into play, most company routes to profit only hold as long as competitors do not appear, cash in the bank is the ultimate desire. If we got 30m units order X £20m = 600m revenue I think we would all be very happy with that, most outlays having already been covered. DYOR

Afternoon LTI. Whilst I agree that I feel CC is in a very strong position, we have different views. I think that Heather has taken this line before, further funding not necessary ( sigh of relief ), BUT and the BUT shortly afterwards. So the crunch question why at short notice and the chosen few. Effectively from the time of reduction to 150m shares worth 28p with an order book of only 0.8m we have more than doubled our shares to excess of 300m. So the question is with all that was coming (AMISP) why didn't we offer out at 28p. Answer because that would not suite some and warrants on top. By comparison your 17.6% premium does not seem much, If they had got us down to 5p that would have look like nearly 100% premium but of course that would have looked daft. We can all play with figures but at this point in time CC has achieved little for having X 10 the order book. Hopefully things are about to change and newbies will gain a lot this time.
