Hello gizmo. No what I was suggesting is that a deal could go through for 50/51% and these purchases could top them to 55% while they are dirt cheap. If it didn't work out could always be sold back in at no real loss.

Whoever is doing the sell game, too obvious, will probably get mopped up by Intellismart to complete 50%+.

Strong buy for a strong stomach. I agree with you Colour. I don't know how but I think the price has been fixed. Trusting that JC has no knowledge then may be situation should be investigated. We have moved from a book of 6m units to 13m units. Repeating myself, allowing for order book of 0.8m being worth 28p but allowing for total shares doubling in number from 150m to 320m. So 28 X 13 ÷ 2 comes out well over £1sp. So not unreasonable to expect a current SP of 50p. So something amiss I feel, DYOR

Roddy. ITT has a trickle SIPP and I am sure that affects his monthly mind set. He is very astute and will have his say. The other side from past knowledge he has a lot of skin in the game, so I suspect he is not going to sink the ship. He provides a lot of facts and figures.

No guarantees there, but I have spoken to JC a few times over the years and whilst he his a business man I think he stays on what we would call the straight and narrow. We all like to think we are clever and in the case of JC I just hope he has not been outgunned by a rich and ruthless group of people where finance does not have to be negotiated on a yearly basis. I have not got the ITT inclinations and I think he will want to look good in this sector which he took us into. DYOR

Hello Traderz. As we have gone so far along this rocky road and considering JC is coming up to retirement I think he would like to go out with a clean slate. Banking on his softing off in old age. I did. I would think he would give another presentation considering current SP.

ITT, trying to keep an open mind until JC makes statement/video. I think his average must be north of 30p so that will be my starting point for any discussions and hopefully much much more. A few weeks will probably not make much difference, not beyond Oct though. I feel there is a small fortune locked away here and he possibly wants to expose it. Any idea if all bonus dates etc have expired.

All. We are working on Intellismart placing that last order. However Intellismart have a contract with Genus and according their accounts I believe make regular payments to Genus. So, and this is the big question, why doesn't Intellismart use Genus as supplier.

Thanks all. I hope I am not upsetting the apple cart but do Genus make their own with CC inside as we do with chips and not name them. To repeat I think when they put CC inside Genus meters they had no Smart themselves, otherwise surely they would not have bothered with us. Equally would they have gone through that Bench Rebuild for a one off. I think not. So the question is are we on the Genus payroll for Smart or not and if not why not. Also was CC turnkey. DYOR.

Morning vas. Thanks for that. If we went in-house then we would be working alongside Genus R&D team. So now may be we may get an answer to was our software/hardware utilised by Genus and if so are we being compensated.

Hello Greengrass. Nice to hear you. I have been raising the issue of CC going inhouse with Genus, a couple of years back. If this happened and they used CC for their Smart then we should be riding high, at least £1 by Genus caterpulting SP. To me questions to be answered. If we did not then where did Genus get their Smart from they presumably didn't have it when they engaged our Modules and they would not have modified their Bench Setup for one odrer. Only a thought but a serious one.

I'm blaming Kier for everything else but not this one, its closer to home.

On the other hand (thats three) Genus supplies a lot of meters to Intellismart with who's Smart inside. I am trying to find out where we stand with Genus, who as I understand it took us (CC) inhouse. I like plain answers, may be a bit hopeful.

Neverless with all thats going on, new system of up front payments on 27month contract, 51%, latest 6.5m order, etc etc we should be in the 40p to 50p range right now. That is my opinion.

Well mcgoof. I think CC is not doing itself any favours. It tells us these great wins with more to come. Possible 51% amalgamation and then expects us to sit back and watch SP fall. JC like it or not needs make a statement on SP. He is doing behind the scenes negotiations with Intellismart so he is responsible for overviewing effects on SP.
