Some options are expiring this month

Anybody have a timeline for options and warrants.

Will we get an heads up from Intellismart. They like doing immediate actions and we have a pipeline.

Something is still afoot to my mind. Not involved with this side but could it be that the last buying round is advanced information from somewhere ( naughty ) and needs time lapse before disclosure. They were not fantastic buys but every little helps.

I think we were expecting some big news to hit the screen today but we have the rest of the week.

Evening all, got to give this a strong buy. For SP to have risen by that much without comments from CC to my mind says there is big news in our favour about to be released. Don't know what but this could be the starting line. Could contracts be in the 10m unit multiples. Just a scenario, if 1m units are achieving between £12.5m and £20m and contracts roughly 27 months duration and we got 30m units plus contracts then that is 1m units per month production, up to £ 20m per month revenue. Spent WISELY a lot of dosh. Take note JC, lol.

Agreed LTI, with the talk a few months back for takeover or amalgamation the more contracts CC gets under its belt the better. I would not want us to loose CC completely but there are a lot of options in my mind that will quickly raise the SP.

CC is a good link company that has done all the ground work, providing the bit that makes a smart meters smart, installations to date seem reliable and Utilities have quickly profited. My feeling all go for CC, but DYOR.

Well empty somebody knows something, surprised it has not leaked through, especially on a Friday.

Something is in the wind. One good bit of news and 30 > 50p could be on the cards.

Thanks for that jake, seems like its all go, just a matter of where we fit in. Look forward to JCs next video update. There is martail to work with there.

I feel, my opinion, that CCs reliability stands it out well for the coming contracts. Going back to MYSORE and INDORE, they proved themselves as reliable, on time and made almost immediate returns for the Utilities. That would go a long way in India.

Thanks for that LTI. JC has obviously explained situation to these Utilities but are they listening. Looks like they have to get to a position after installation where one of them suddenly spots the new fee (question is it for one time or every year), phones one of other Utilities and the penny drops. In which case CC could do very well. DYOR

Hello Colour, I think we should give JC a fair run for this quarter. These contracts are all about to be offered out, you can't blame him for the timing. India was really the only place to go for. This could well be his last BOD before retirement so hopefuy he'll look after all of us.

We are now into the fourth quarter. I am looking forward to JC pulling a rabbit out of the hat. There is a lot of work to aim for.

We are getting there gizmo, happy 2025 to all.

Has anybody got knowledge of SEP or FRAND. Is it still applicable. Apparently companies like Nokia etc own patents related to their Cellular systems, and the fees relating to their seem to come up after installations, if that happens where each meters has its own Cellular then I would suspect very expensive. CC only needs Cellular backhaul every 100+ meters and it could be their own. So cheap long term. May have all changed since 12 months ago but looks like orginally 4 to 5 dollars each meter. Only what I read so may be wrong, DYOR.

Well Colour we have waited a long time for the current situation. I don't think CC will have much trouble in covering the finance as it is now holding a stronger position. The sanctions took a long time then all came at once. Hopefully it will all pick this fourth quarter. What do you know about SEP and FRAND, I have a note from a year ago, an atricle Jani Vehkalahti on Cellular Patent Fees. It would appear that when deals are struck patent fees are not mentioned, this presumably comes as a surprise in after event charge. If CC Cellular does not charge for its Private Cellular connection (or very little) it could pick up a large part of the market, do you know anything of this. DYOR.

2025 could well be the year Colour.

We could get contracts, finance and maintenance income. It's been a long time coming, now or never.
