Strong buy just for stedon.. Before trying to put buyers off do remind them that you sold all of yours last year and just out to get Cyan. You are a looser. I often give out 'strong buy' as I see it, its only my thoughts and this is definitely a right time.

Probably the biggest share rise today on the Index. Apart from certain parties getting in at low price, if this continues it will attract newbies,after all I would. There may be some news arriving but it may be just seen as SP fell too low.
Small amounts of money to be made and possibly larger before close.

Now we have a level playing field following disclosures (AGM) I think I know where the buying is starting to come from and I don't blame them. If this keeps progressing there could be a shortage.

Morning LTI.. Good to see some movement. In my opinion anybody who buys in now is on a winner. With the majority looking for a return to 28p for a start, that is 5 fold for newbies. I think it will go much further but even that is a good earner.

My 2 concerns are 'get out of takeover zone' and positive feedback re SMETS2 RF which I hear is being well used.
Not long before start of BI RF meters. If it does not cost CC to have Omni embedded in BI and in fact receive a premium then I say encourage all manufacturers to do likewise. That could roll-out to millions upon millions around the world with no waiting as in the past for particular meters to be produced, just asking for them to be logged in by Turnkey..

Hello jake..with AIM prospects change by the month. Don't look backwards, comments are made to suite the moment.
I think you are missing the point, this is not a shop where the customer comes in, picks up the item, hands over the cash and the till rings it up. Like SMETS2, orders are placed, things go wrong or are delayed, a bit like airlines ordering planes, they place them years down the line.
You are looking at the wrong business and AIM, the placings with Genus and L&T are no doubt moving, not that we know, and BI will probably be highlighted shortly as China is so big and exclusive.
Regarding hydrogen, why do you think cars will run on it, if nothing else it will be a converter for cell electricity, hydrogen will never be produced in that sort of volume.

Hello TillyTish.. I agree with you but then I would.
The downside is that by going into leasing the likelihood is that we will not see any big returns but a build up over many years. More suited to Funds, the upside is that income will build and we will break-even soon, installing rapidly over next 2 years as desire increases with UK and Developing Nations to improve energy, so short term SP will be covered, then leasing will come into play as with ARM.
The ultimate will be that electricity will be the only source running the worlds transport, domestics, factories etc. and probably be produced by Nuclear Fusion, the only clean non-radiation fuel, this from my researching a good 20 years away. Only my thoughts but I feel accurate.

Come on lads, hold together in the ranks. Get the AGM out of the way and see what happens in next couple of months.

Hello woolley.. Perhaps JC will comment further on pay structure. A serious thought, there is certainly money coming in. UK was expected, by me, to produce income in Q1/19, I was disappointed regarding 500k watershed before profits starting. However SMETS2 is well underway and should see us through the 500k zone before y/end.
Hello jake.. In your situation of selling most I would not bother with remarks on here, I would explore pastures new but just keep an eye out for improvement then may be have a second bash.
I think at this stage JC realises that more monetary evidence is necessary to calm SP.

Hello jake/Seawolf.. Dont get carried away. Smart was an unknown market which has had stops and starts all the way. It is an AIM share for a reason, if you wanted security you should have gone for FTSE100. Actually you could have made money there with a bit of savvy.
2019 hopefully will be the turning point. Remember you are only putting money in, not providing a contribution to CC's knowledge bank. so its a risk you take. Not happy pull out.

I will not be at AGM, believe it or not I have a more pressing situation to sort out. As the meeting will revolve around finance I trust JC will give more detail to leasing, licencing returns etc, not contract details, just a simple sit-rep on a regional basis i.e. net income from UK (even minus for comparison), net income from India, situation in Iran and Europe, BI update, what JST has achieved for CC in middle-east and a graph of how he sees CC at 31/12/19. I know its last years AGM but it has not stopped JC introducing forward comments in the past.

Hello Overfiend.. Many years back when Centrica still had a good piece of the market. It started to slide and I was thinking of buying back if it hit the bottom of my chart but it carried on down, I nearly bought back in at 330 but hesitated, lucky. I often spoke to Sam Laidlaw, previous CEO who was quite knowledgeable but I was beginning to think the competition was building. I also held BG Exploration over a considerable period of time, they were progressing in Australia but I sensed Shale was strengthening and came out a few pence from the top about 1500 they fell eventually to 900 and were taken then over. With Petrol cos probably diversifying soon I wonder if any more will buy Utilities.

stedon, there is quite a bit of uncertainty around at present. Not much in picking on one that suits you.
I sold Centrica a few years back at 395. A big company and look at them now 94, so much for smart, trouble is I think they picked a few losers in Wind etc.
And we are on AIM, LOL. Still a good return towards end of 2019.

A good weekends catching up on BB, thanks all. As CC has control of all new encryptions and Keys it could probably lease out to continents, i.e. Africa via Xlink, as long CC has total control of software system. Very interesting Sylvain's piece.
There is no reason, when finances improve, that CC could not set up smaller companies along the lines of India around the world with say 51% control to do the equivalent of construction and keep the Key system within Cambridge, these subsidiaries with own accounts would bid within their own environments with may be local suppliers or BI.
JC, would then retire a rich man, LOL.
