Conrad Asia do not have the current financial means to buy EME out IMO. As others have stated their MCAP is circa £60m equivalent over on ASX and they own 91.5% of this. Obvious that a farm out is needed. As a few others have said with the debt here and possible payments to CNOOC that were demanded, I actually don't see this going much higher, rather more likely pulling back when people realise about funding...if holding to conclusion I think people may do well but it's a classic case of there being more to it than meets the eye. Genuine question, what catalyst is there to the downside now that would present an opportunity for the shorts to close, I just don't see one apart from a general market pullback. This stock is criminally undervalued, MorningStar have it at 920p, and I myself have it over double current valuation. Interesting times. On the US listing point, I also agree, UK market insane for valuing anything like this as low as it does.

Total Director remuneration up to £3.6m for FY24 from £1.9m in prior year, that is a huge sum of money and will burn the cash rather quickly if it continues. So I do see why it attracted some no votes

Doesn't look like a retail investor that is selling at the moment to me, perhaps we might get clarity via a TR1 shortly

For me its a case of having to play what I see and ignore the sells, at current price this is very cheap for me so regardless of immediate catalysts/or not or pullback I added more this morning. The price targets from brokers in themselves also make no sense, 100% operatorship of a far larger resource that they had at Dewa has been awarded and yet they say it adds only 20 or so to price target, have to question that. I think sellers now are failing to factor in that a farm down could come quite quickly, just because it's not scheduled news doesn't mean it wont happen fairly soon. I did however get the impression they might try and find a way to get debt finance and go it alone.

I think we need more detail on the financing for sure, at the moment the market just can't seem to accept what assets this company now has and isn't pricing them correctly. The board need to note that and show how the dev and finance will happen so that the SP reflects more of the value

Does anyone know what caused the price to rise up in Oct 2024 to 300p? It does feel like there is some growing momentum behind hydrogen at the moment, if Ceres could bring a strategic investor the replace Bosch I don't see why the share price would not fully recover very quickly. Net of cash on hand, the value ascribed to this company is too low quite frankly. They need to sort the overhang and then go from there. I think the risk reward is skewed to the upside tbh!

Last week or so there has been steady selling, my guess one of the larger holders is reducing. The annual results have not been published yet which leads me to believe they might be negotiating a material transaction of some kind in relation to financing, granted this is just a hunch but I would expect news on that in the next month or so, could go either way but noting how much Ithaca just paid for a gas asset in the north sea I do think there should be interested parties. Expecting the FY results any time now, perhaps delayed because of funding requirements but board should update the market in that regard if it is indeed the case. I see most likely a small cap raise to keep the lights on whilst a larger deal is thrashed out but who knows. I fail to see how the Selene stake can't be fully sold given the quality of resource, NPV, proximity to Bacton, partners involved etc

Opened many new offices yet now cutting costs because revenue is shrinking? Expected to utilise invoice factoring facility in 2026 so implies negative cashflow expected. Lots of freelances in linkedin posting about not being paid so managing creditors to get year end cash positive is like putting lipstick on a pig. This had a lot of potential but I now would not touch it.
