Hi Dave based on the investments I have listed the totals are:

Total Invested - £1,766,313
Current Value - £1,852,479
Net + £86,166

I have included the sold share value of the KNB investment as well as the remaining holding.

On the subject of other investment, this is where we are (at the time of writing), these are shares that have already IPO'd so we know the value. We are obviously awaiting the value of SGSC and Aeristech which could both prove to be the big hitting and join KNB as our best investments:

Awesome research guys. Someone has said before VELA need a PR team... never more needed than now. Got Peterhouse capital giving us more exposure than VELA at the moment!

I guess it also depends on the size of the trial. Considering this was 'only' 158 patients a peer review shouldn't take too long.

What is everyone's thoughts on SP if they come out and say a commercial deal has been agreed subject to a successful phase 3 trial?

In agreement with all you have said HereHopin, especially the RNSs. I posted the RNS from Sabien about the Aeristech agreement, which took VELA another day to release. I mentioned before that our RNS regarding the trial results was half hour later then Igraine and CIZ and didn't have any quotes from JN and was just a copy of the SGS update.
The worse our other investments do the more we become dependant on this trial.

Also, Aeristech granted VELA 36,458 warrants with a 2 year term @ £2.40 so another £87,500 value (potential £437,500 total investment in Aeristech) if VELA convert their warrants.

I get that royo but look at this logically. Will their IPO be better now they have this agreement?

As people have previously mentioned. SGSC arent a investment company, they got their money and have gone off. In all likelihood they will that the £1m(+-) they have taken from their share sales and pump that into another drug which could return 10 times that.

This is good news as the we have flushed over all of their shares through! 1.1B Shares done!

I notice Sabien Technology released an RNS regarding the aeristech news, whereas VELA have been quiet on this:

No one else has as many shares as them to be able to do this without triggering a TR1 (still not sure why we don't have a TR! regarding their shares) so I imagine it must be them.

That has to be SGS?

If you look at the daily chart of CIZ and us they are remarkably similar today.

This is like the old days where every little rise got sold into. back to level after showing promise this morning!
