KNB - £150,000 Invested, Current Value (including shares sold) = £456,500 (+204.33%)
MTI - £200,000 Invested (250,000 Shares), Current Value of Investment = £177,950 (-11%)
Northcoders - £750,000 Invested (420,000 Shares), Current Value of Investment = £757,890 (+1%)
Rural Broadband Solutions - £32,300 Invested (1.2M Shares), Current Value of Investment = £41,160 (+35.84%)

I posted the below tweet a while ago but still explains the lack of confidence here based on the trial. Our other investments are all under water bar KNB (which was unfortunately one of our smallest investment) and at the moment SGS was a £2.35m dud, I say dud as we are back to the lows of last year.

Shame the results weren't statistically significant.
A 'strong trend' is a meaningless term; with small numbers could just be chance.
Lots of talk, but no data presented..

That could well be the problem! If this rises again we will all sell! Lol. Unless we see a figure for VELA in a commercialisation deal it will all be speculation.

If the most positive of investors must be getting annoyed. Personally been here over a year and SP is the same bar a few spikes (we all wish we sold into those spikes in hindsight). Its not deramping stating facts about the trial. We were all sucked in with the initial result announcement but there has been zero data to back up the announcement, not saying i would understand the data but there will be investors who would, and would have either bought on the back of that or not. But we have heard nothing in over a month since those 'results'.

BigDave - did you find out much when you looked into SGS accounts?

I can't see the warrant holders at 0.15p coming into play. Need 100% rise from today's price. Don't think any pump will do that. ONLY thing to shift this significantly will be commercialisation details (if favourable).

This is a great entry point yes, but it needs to bag from now for VELA to break even... VELA invested at 0.5 and 0.61

BigDave - Rural Broadband Solutions are the missing investment we couldn't find from a while back. least we know all the investments now. Should have lumped more into this one though, judging how far up it is on our purchase price!

Agreed Hector. I was just compiling an email to the company to voice our concerns but apart from that undoubtedly falling on deaf ears I thought it better to wait until after accounts were published (which I have a feeling may be late), to see how much actual cash VELA is sat on. We are an investment business so why are we sat on cash, actually, looking at our investments its probably better off in the bank! lol

I think if the most positive investors here are beginning to get frustrated as we have been here for over year now. Don't get me wrong if SGSC comes off and aeristech IPO and become a monster then all will be forgiven!

MODE investment isn't going well but they have changed their strategy since we invested. 4/10
Cornerstone is a absolute shocker at the moment! 1/10
MTI not preforming now either. 5/10
KNB - The saviour - 10/10
CODE - Not much movement either way - 7/10
SGSC - Happy we are in this one, for me risk is taken out but we are still in the dark on what the actual figures could mean to VELA (if any) - 10/10 if we get a decent commercialisation deal, 5/10 if we end up making our money back, 0/10 if this all goes to rat poo.

Speaking of timing Mystery, what price did you buy in here at again? Oh yeah 0.12p so don't give it the big one.

Yeah I agree. I also believe they will see a huge drop in their user numbers and transactions as I know a lot have stopped using them since they dropped the Bitcoin Jar and these results refer to H1 which had the BTC run, H2 could prove to be a stinker. Hopefully we are wrong as would be nice to get above water in this investment with VELA.

I must admit it looks more and more like VELA doesn't hold much of JNs interest. We haven't heard from him for over 3 months. Last RNS he commented on was the Northcoders Investment. Radio silence from him since and personally think he should have commented on something in that time especially regarding the SGSC trial.
