It is a very complex comparison, on a few fronts. C footprint ( Is it AF/SAF)., route to AV/SAF, and in particular the MO.

Fermenting Corn produces a number of compounds, proteins, sugars, alcohol, and CO2. Lots of CO2. To mfr Jet Fuel from Ethanol ( alcohol), requires another process. Under present guidelines, would not qualify as SAF (imho). We are all probably aware of petrol with ethanol additive. The main market for this has been USA, but with a Trump POTUS looking likely ( unbelievably), the good ol US of A will abandon all 'green' incentives. If, ontoh, VP Harris wins, expect USA to lead World in promoting SAF, through a variety of MO's. Corn that is specifically grown for fermentation, has its detractors. The Pyrolysis of plastic to produce oil based products and wax, can be further treated to produce AF. If this is SAF, has to be answered by Authorities. In any event, it is a better solution than AF from Oil. Period.

Briefly, on 'Rewards'. The prime objective of a CEO, and other PDMR's, is to ensure the financial well being of themselves and family. These 'Share options/awards' are one of the conduits to achieve this goal. If the Co succeeds, it is a 'bonus'. However, if I make a few hundred G, and the CEO makes a hundred million, I can buy him a drink, happily.

Acquiring a cash generative 'drainage' business in London, for £5M in cash and a further £2m performance based payment. Looks good.

It is my understanding that the most recent 'model' for PHE and DMG was to License the process, not build the plant. Unlike some on here, I strongly believe that the Co. has to show the profitability of each and every process, with different feedstocks. If DMG can mfr SAF, either from waste plastic, or bio-mass, the market is huge, £B pa, and it would make perfect business sense to, not only manufacture DMG plants, but also to owner/operate them. It is a more profitable market than 'waste plastic to Syngas'. It will be a case of convincing 'regulators' that DMG waste plastic AF is SAF. It would be the ultimate 'win/win for a Company. Removing waste plastic from the environment and producing a C reducing product.

The RNS of Sept, the one giving rise to the rise in sp, and informing us of NPV8 of $2.2B, also included the following statement;

'Further value-adding optimisations enabled by the KMP are also being considered, although some of these may form modular enhancements later in the project. The overall impact of the KMP on Khemisset cannot be overstated, from an environmental or economic perspective, and will undoubtedly make the Project more attractive to investors and project financiers.'

I stated that the 'payback' period for a $100M pipeline from coast to mine was about 5 years. It is highly likely a $200M investment in a pipeline would have a payback period of 5years, or less. That RNS also stated, in view of KMP, a new JORC would be available b4 end 4th 1/4. I think another mail to Charles is warranted.

EML still has time to put forward a Pipeline to bring De-Sal Seawater to Khemisett. The new metrics state that further Investment money is not only warranted, but essential for the mine to continue to completion. Clutching at straws, again, this 'news blackout' could be BOD finding new Investment money for pipeline.? Perhaps our departed CFO suggested new investment for pipeline, and was shut down. Not even close to being likely.

I cannot see any circumstance in which EML have not been informed of the decision by CRUI. A rumor, by whom. ? AIM R n R are clear, news affecting sp must be made public ASAP. It does not matter if SP has previously 'tanked' on a rumour, even when the 'rumour' was the subject of a RNS. There 's a long way to go from 0.77p to Zilch. If water is the problem, it has had ample opportunity to put forward a plan that overcomes all objections, and is 'in line' with The Kingdoms long term water policy. Clearly not sufficient for a favourable verdict from Committee, when every PI knows that OCP would love to get their hands on the License. This BOD has played into their hands. I think everyone now believes Graham is trying to do 'a deal' that will enrich himself even further. Unfortunately, I can see him going down the route of ICA, which will be a 'dead end', but will give him time to strip every last penny from coffers of EML. On the other hand, there might be a RNS tomorrow, saying that here was a 'gross misunderstanding', and that, with just a few minor conditions, the EIA has been awarded. Oh Happy Days. Hi Kim, complaints about UK quoted cos, in the first instance are made to Financial Conduct Authority, FCA. The website will give concise instructions on 'valid reasons to complain', and method of complaining.

Complaints re' AIM R n Regs, are governed by the London Stock Exchange. We appear to both have the same opinion that the BOD know of the reason for the 'refusal' of EIA, and that Graham is attempting some kind of 'salvage operation' to 'lessen the blow'. This is strictly against AIM R n R since sp affecting news must be released at the first opportunity.

My 2 other 'fans', dumber and swaz have both eulogised about the sp importance of the Patent news recently announced. Dumber, states he can read, and does not deem it fit to expand on this, or swaz. For help to all other posters, can Dumber or swaz, enlighten us why the patent will give PHE such an uplift? Must be on their fingertips?

'the saf mandate will start in 2025 at 2% of total uk jet fuel demand, increase on a linear basis to 10% in 2030 and then to 22% in 2040. from 2040, the obligation will remain at 22% until there is greater certainty regarding saf supply.'

annual af consumption in uk is 15b litres, or12b kg. 2% of this figure is the amount that suppliers must offer users, or pay penalties. so a total of 240 million kg ( 240,000 tonnes) of saf in 2025. this figure to increase linearly up to 10% by 2030, and 40% by 2040, a whopping c5 billion kg ( 5 million tonnes). these figures assume no growth in consumption. only happened during cv19. at present times, saf is derived mainly from green h2. this is the starting point of then transforming green h2 to kerosene, c12h26-c25h32. normal kerosene is produced in a fractionating column from crude oils. ( go on dumber, find where this has been cnp from. you will not, cos it's in my head). we have heard how trifol is mnfing af from waste plastic, but would not qualify as saf since the feedstock is an oil derivative., albeit it is marketing the product as saf. however, saf would be the product when bio-mass is the feedstock. this is why the test results, and feedstocks tested will be significant. multi $d market just in uk. disappointing to see eqt falling daily when it already has ( allegedly) bio-mass plants in eu, and several planned in usa ( allegedly).

it is vital, for the removal of waste plastic from the environment, that govt be lobbied to accept av from plastic as saf. a few numbers on the back of a *** packet. we can guestimate the weight of saf for say, a 20 tonne feedstock. 2 t of h2 produced from 20 t feed. in kerosene, there are about twice as many h2 atoms as c atoms, but c atoms weigh about 12 x h atoms. so, theoretically 20 t feedstock should produce 14 t of saf. in practice, for a number of reasons, not possible. if we say 10 t of saf ( a round 50% of feedstock) for a 20 t feed, then the 2040 figure of 5m t, would remove 10m t waste plastic. if bio_mass is the only route for saf, then similar figures can be used, and phe would be employing an army to wood chip forests. lol

All this 'chat' about 40/50cumt/hr water requirement. FFS, that is when the mine is operational. Get the effing thing built first. Simple. Water requirements a fraction of those quoted. easily tankered in. How long to get a mine operational ?. With the present numpties, I doubt if God knows. 2 years seems a reasonable guess. so 2 years to build a 100km pipeline. Not difficult. OCP have done it. Dam water not an option, unless rainfall is guaranteed. Obviously not an option. Boreholes. Yes please. Have EML had any exploratory work on borehole water?. Was water found when resource drilling on site? Are there maps of borehole water in area? Answers to these questions should be on the fingertips of all EML BOD.

With no news on 'rumour' of bad news, it is becoming more evident, and almost a cast iron certainty , that CEO knows the content of the 'refusal', and is in urgent talks with OCP to extricate himself from the deep pile of excrement he has effused. Obviously with the intention of enriching himself even more. Why would OCP help him?. They will get what they want in the ensuing Firesale, unless a White Knight is found in one of the Global mining magnates. Perhaps he is chatting with one or more of these.? What is certain, is that he knows the reason for the refusal, and can't RNS, because1), it will tank sp even further, 2) he will look a fool, again, with his lack of foresight.

What would OCP think is fair value for the License. With no EIA, FV is zero?. I was informed that EML own the land as well as the Mining License. 2p ps, 3 x todays sp, would cost someone £25M. Small change for OCP and others. KMP process Patent valuation.? Has to be a few 100 million if what is 'says on tin' is correct. That could be 10/15/20p ps. Still 'small change' for what were promised. I am agitated that Graham is still trying to 'feather his own nest', when an honourable person would have walked, head hanging in shame.

I sold out a year ago, after I contacted CEO re; above. He said that WATR is a 'growth' company, and that EBITDA would be used for acquisitions. I did suggest that the prime sp mover is 'returning some EBITDA' to S/Hs. Did not seem interested.

Cyberhub. You did state you didn't know why the EIA was refused, hence my explanation. Just sayin'. The Committee, as far as I am aware, never said 'grey water' was an acceptable solution. The use of this was put forward by EML as a 'solution'. Obviously, there is insufficient for the Committee to award EIA. KMP was then put forward. Still not a goer for Committee.

Ideas, a Bowser carrying 10,000 gallon of water to site is more economical, as a short term fix, than 2600 gallon helicopters. The Mining License, already approved, will allow for substantial HGV traffic movements. If these 'traffic movements' are part of the EIA, and this is the stumbling block, then the whole process is corrupt. Can't see this.

Another day, and still no confirmation from CEO on 'rumours of bad news'. Looking increasingly likely that the Kingdom wants a De-Sal plant, funded by EML, to be built, with sufficient capacity to also supply some local needs. Fits in with the Kingdoms De-Sal plant policy to be completed by 2030. News from CEO is imminent.
