Your comments re; the 'ownership' of Reminex, only reinforces any argument that subterfuge is at play here. Obviously, The King and senior members of the Court, will have been well aware of the drought conditions, and the effects of a prolonged drought in 20122. . When 'water supply solutions was the first item on Reminex agenda fro their 'Basic Engineering' contract, it is unbelievable that alternatives to Dam water supply, were not even mentioned. Reminex must have known that relying solely on 'waste water recycling' would be insufficient, ( which wasn't mentioned in their final report), especially with the fact that OCP already had Coastal Desal plants working. !!!

I have messaged Charles, again, this time referencing some of the points about Reminex and lack of 'due diligence' on water supply, requesting that the 'imminent' 1/4ly update, allays some of PI fears with more than ' events progressing'. I also mentioned the fears that I have, and several others, about OCP having an 'agenda' of waiting for a 'firesale' when the EIA fails to materialise, and EML runs out of cash, and cannot raise additional funds. He will not divulge anything that cannot be in the Public Domain, and will he mention 'on going' T/O, JV talks with OCP. ? One final point, an argument I have put forward before on GW. Many people, including some Scientists, are wary of GW causes and effects, The main gist of their argument is that the Planet is a Dynamic System, which over Eons, has seen dramatic climate changes, ranging from a Planet full of raging Volcanoes to a Snowball earth, when the Planet was completely covered in Ice. A counter argument against that is those events took Eons to complete, and some of the more 'rapid' events, over a few 10s of 1000s of years were a result of switching of the Earths magnetic Poles, increase/decrease in tilt of Earths axis, and a few others. What is a fact, is that the 'Black Swan' weather events associated with GW are more intense and more frequent. This may of course be solely due to the natural cycle of climate on the Planet, and in this case, being more rapid than in previous timescales.

My main argument for proactive solution to reduce atmospheric COX, the 'driver' of GW, is if we spend $T's on cleaning our atmosphere from Fossil Fuel use in energy, and GW continues at a pace and is recognised by all as a 'Planet Dynamic' event, it will at the very least, clean our habitable areas of toxic gases, reducing chest and associated infections, and remove Carcinogenic particles from the streets where we work, play, eat.

Please remember that AIM cos, especially 'start ups' with new technology, such as PHE, the sp is driven by RNS, not 'finger in the air' SWAG. The Co has announced some £300K T/O, this will have come from Engsolve, and hopefully, not 'in-house' sales. I will give you an example. Globo. Now gone and delisted.

From memory, the Co. was Greek owned and listed in London. It was in telecoms. Over a few years period, the sp traded between a Penny and 40p+. The RNS releases, regular, showed increasing income, and profit. It was 'day traders dream'.

The Auditor was UK based, and had a record of publishing Co given information, without doing due diligence. It was a scam. Every penny of reported income, and profit, was from sales between subsidiary cos. The CEO and CFO, when scam was revealed from a third party Audit, fled to Greece. This was about 2019. The FCA began a case for fraud, individuals were charged, but was dropped when Greece refused extradition, and a local Court in the Town where the fraudsters lived, found them innocent of all charges. Quelle surprise.. A cautionary tale, with a moral. 'Beware of Greeks bearing Gifts.'

This is not suggesting at all that Engsolve sales are all to PHE, but to highlight to you, Swaz, that these AIM cos sp, is driven by RNS. As punters, we rely on Auditors to report the facts, good or bad. There a many, many more examples of this on AIM. For every co where your 'charts' have been a success, I'll ager 3 x as many at least, , failed your 'charts'.

If it is true, then OCP spending $100m on pipeline from Coast shows the seriousness of the water shortage problem. This could and should have been on the cards for EML 2, 3 years ago.!. It is called Risk Assessment Management. In Jan '22, Reminex was awarded a pre-construction design contract. A leader in their field (!). The first item on their agenda, copied from the RNS;

Obviously this firm has no credibility whatsover. Drought conditions had already started in Morocco at this time, and GW was a major talking point, everywhere. Except of course at Reminex and EML.

Capex at this time was 'sold to us' as a 'low cost' Capex mine. From memory, around $350M. We were also told various Banks had signed MOU to offer the cash. The FS of mid '20 stated EBITDA of $300Mpa, and a Cash payback period of under 3 years. If a budget had been done for a Coast pipeline, it would have been less expensive than now ( presumably). And, of course, allowing EML to sell surplus potable water to whoever. KMP would have bettered those forecasts Some on here may remember when 'water' became the problem, I suggested either a Desal plant at Coast, or at site, and pipeline the water, or even, as a last resort, Bowser the water to site. Bowsers with 6000 gallon capacity can be used, and since the mine already has license for HGV movements, this should present no problem. It can still do that now.

The only solution that appears to be on the cards now is a deal with OCP. Either as a JV, or T/O. But if I were OCP CEO, I would just sit and wait for the 'firesale'. One coming to your area soon. Guarantee, if the latter happens, Graham would be on OCP Board.

Paul, in his reply, confirmed that the emphasis now on marketing DMG, is not wholly concerned with H2 production. Good. The primary products of Syngas and Char, both have markets. The produced Syngas is used to maintain the furnace temps, and can also be contained and sold as an 'energy generator', albeit with a C footprint. This is why 'gas scrubbers' are important ( to clean the gas of COX, NOX). Perhaps this is why PHE and DMG have not been mentioned in HUI et al papers for the ir H2 source. The main marketing point for me, is, and has always been, the safe, cost effective method of eliminating waste plastic from the environment. Aviation Fuel (AF), derived from DMG, is a huge, profitable market. Although at present, AF, derived from a Fossil Fuel (FF) base is not within the scope of SAF, (Sustainable AF), this may change.

We are all familiar with Faradaic Electrolysis of aqueous solutions to produce H2, but in recent times, a far more efficient process has been developed, the Thermal Plasma Electrolysis. It is highly technical, but in a nutshell, the 'plasma' (separation of the components to Ions) is at the surface of the electrodes in the solution, and 'glows' ( the plasma), at no more than 3mm from the anode/cathode surface. For technical info. search for Thermal Plasma Electrolysis. There are plants already in operation, and selling H2 from this process.

The 'get out clause' for EML is 'subject to market regs'. When I asked sometime ago about liaison with Committee, I was told 'info' could not be placed in public domain since company had a 'non-disclosure agreement' with Committee.

The last 'update' stated 'trials' were still ongoing with KMP process, so I would expects news on those. Unless of course, no details can be given until patent approved and issued.

EQT. I agree with many posters that EQT CEO is a disgrace. A MC of a little over £2M and 100s of £M raised from SH's. Thankfully, I sold out there a long time ago. I only posted their RNS to show that 'trials' on SAF are coming from from many directions.

I can't see any RNS from PHE until 'trials' have begun, and then a few months further wait for results,. Which, as I have already stated, will be on the same lines as the EQT RNS, and be a 'glowing' report. Hopefully, empirical evidence will also be shared.

We will probably get an early 'result' of trial, if there is a share dealing well above norms, from 'leaks', a few days prior to RNS.

It is shocking if the Company does not reply to messages. I have today sent a message, using the Cos. website 'Contact Form'. Below is the message.

We have been led to believe that the Co has 'in Kingdom' Arab speakers, and we would very much hope that there is a dialogue between the parties? I have been informed before that 'dialogue' would be subject to 'non-disclosure' agreement, however, again, we assume, that the Committee would want to see details of trials on the KMP process, with empirical evidence. Such information should be in the Public Domain., and a RNS issued.

Interesting RNS rom EQT today ( sorry, but relevant). main point copied below.;

'EQTEC plc (AIM:EQT), a global technology innovator powering distributed, decarbonised, new energy infrastructure through its waste-to-value solutions for hydrogen, biofuels, and energy generation is pleased to announce the successful outcomes of recent tests for complex feedstock conversion for advanced biofuels such as renewable natural gas (RNG), hydrogen or transport fuels such as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) (the "Tests"). The Tests, carried out at the Company's R&D facilities at the Laboratoire d'Études et de Recherche sur le Matériau Bois (LERMAB) at the Université de Lorraine in Épinal, France indicate that EQTEC's patented and proprietary technology for steam-oxygen gasification can successfully and efficiently convert non-recyclable waste including plastics into synthesis gas (syngas) for advanced applications such as liquid fuels.'

This is the first time in a long time I have seen 'waste plastic' as a feedstock used. The onus in more recent times has been on Bio-mass as a feedstock, from Forest floor debris, grape and olive groves. It also mentioned the highly lucrative market of SAF, Sustainable Aviation Fuels. At present, however, the requirement for SAF is that the Aviation Fuel (Kerosene), is sourced from non Fossil Fuel material. Plastic is Crude Oil derived, and hence AF product, at present, would not qualify as SAF. SAF from Bio-mass, however, fits the bill exactly. We can only hope that there is sufficient enthusiasm at Board level, to monetise these 'test' results within a 12 month period. Not been the case to date.

VH plays his usual 'reading from the same Big Oil handbook. Let me tell you VH, AV from waste plastic is defo. a better alternative than 'cracking Crude OIl with a C footprint as big as their bank accounts. You do not care about removing environmentally damaging waste plastic, and Bio-mass from the Planet, do you. O2 gasification is not cheap, O2 is expensive, however, you have missed an obvious point, O2 is the secondary product from the Electrolysis. 2 atoms H2, 1 atom O2. Roll on SAF from EQT.

It was good of him to reply, and confirmed what we hoped, that there are several avenues of DMG product being tested, for different markets. Sticking with the 'everything H2' market was not going to be a profitable exercise.

Testing of various plastic types as feedstock, will obviously delay results being published, but, if successful, will give PHE a larger market to aim at.

As he pointed out, Kerosene ( Aviation Fuel) does not presently qualify as a Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) with DMG since the feedstock is Fossil Fuel derived. This would also apply to Trifol's product, and It needs to clarify their remarks on the website that it is SAF from a plastic feedstock. However, AF derived from waste plastic, is defo a more environmentally fuel than at present, being produced from 'cracking' Crude Oil, with an extremely large C footprint. AV derived from Bio-mass would be SAF, and hopefully, at some point, DMG will have run a 'test' with Bio-Mass feedstock, opening up another market, especially in Countries where fire ravages giant swathes of Forest land., often engulfing Urban areas, with £B's of damage. With GW, the frequency of these Black Swan events is increasing.

It's now a long wait fro results, but I am more optimistic now about the future direction of PHE, than I have been for many years.

One comment on PE assertion that HGV will prefer ICE rather than HFC. The major Car Mfrs have been investing heavily in a H2 ICE for a very simple reason, Filthy Lucre. Two of the main revenue and profit centres for Car Mfrs is in Dealerships, for obviously selling new product, but also the very profitable maintenance and spares side. on ICE vehicles. Electric motors, on the other hand, have significantly fewer moving parts, easier to maintain, and cleaner, with a power to weight ration much better than ICE. A few Mfrs are selling very expensive Top Marque models, and by and large, HFC vehicle for mass production are being sourced by new, 'start up' cos. particularly BYD of China ( obviously China). This is why it is important Trump is not the next POTUS, since he is in the pockets of Big Oil, and will end any hope of USA being a dominant force in the 'Green' agenda.

Spot on Ideas. All ' independent' Research Notes', have been commissioned by the Company in question. Most of the data they publish is from the company. Take with a 'pinch of salt'.

I would have hoped, and expected, substantially more info from EML on the KMP process, and how it has been received by Committee, We have been led to believe that the Company has Arab speaking people in Country, and there must be some dialogue between the parties? The Fat Lady isn't singing yet, but she is clearing her throat for the Final Act.

appreciate you asking about posting the response. I have no issue with this being posted it contains nothing that is not already in the public domain.

I also agree with your analysis of Hydrogen usage - I believe hydrogen as a fuel will be heavy vehicles only and will be driven by an ICE derivative engine not necessarily a fuel cell.

I also agree on the definition of SAF - but the industry continues to lobby for waste to be considered a viable and defined feedstock for its production.

As we run the process at high temperature, 800 degC plus, and we don’t actively remove air entrained in the feedstock, and we can add steam, then I would argue that we are a Gasification process. Noting that Pyrolysis is a necessary step for gasification, as the complex hydrocarbons produced through pyrolysis, such as char, tar/oil, and gas, act as gasification feedstocks. Gasification heats pyrolytic char and tar to even higher temperatures, further breaking them down into methane, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen, which is exactly the role of the PHE process.

I agree that the website is lacking and a little confusing, and I am dealing with that at the moment.

I won't comment on Trifol as I am not able to. However, I do agree with your "multi $bn market" comment and that is why we are looking at numerous outputs from the PHE process, we need to ensure as many avenues for revenue are open to us as possible. This is the reasoning behind the technical centre, as this will allow us to better develop other output streams as well as how we can utilise different feedstocks.

Thanks for the contact, my apologies for the delayed response.

As you know, I've been involved with PHE in some shape or form since the process made it to the UK from Australia. In that time, I have not been aware of the term Plasma being used, and if it has then it has been used incorrectly. The DMG process is not and cannot be a Plasma process, as temperatures are limited within the rotating kiln design to around 1000 DegC.

The DMG (A term I have never really liked) is a variation on a rotating kiln gasifier, that depending on the feedstock and required output can be run in several "modes", the basis for these "modes" is the testing and modelling that PHE have undertaken over the past few years. This control of temperature across the kiln zones is the basis for the Control system IP. The additional IP relates to the fact that we can send a percentage of the syngas or tail gas to the TCC burners to eliminate the requirement for an external gas source to maintain the process.

There are 3 patents in our "suite" of patents, they cover Steam injection, Control of numerous zones and reuse of product to run the process - all are based around a rotating kiln design and Thermal treatment of waste at temperatures 750 to 1100 degC, we have not pigeonholed the technology into a defined process definition.
