Your Son should, if studying for PhD, ask him. 20 tonnes in, will always produce 20 tonnes out, but in 'different' form, converted, as I have already explained. Your statement that there is insufficient Syngas to run furnace is incorrect, also that NG is required to 'run' furnace. NG, or any other heat source, is only required to 'start' the operation, since obviously no Syngas has been produced. Once furnace is at operating temp. and Syngas being produced, enough Syngas is produced to maintain temp., and excess Syngas can be utilised elsewhere. 7 tonnes of Syngas, is a lot of Gas. It is not BS, your statements are BS. If H2 is produced from the Syngas, it is not 'Green', since the feedstock, Syngas, has a C footprint. 'Green' H2 needs an energy source devoid of C footprint, as in Wind, Solar, Waves, etc. Then there is the argument that the construction, and components, of of these 'Green' facilities, have a large C footprint, but this will diminish with time, since it a 'one off' footprint.

In the DMG process, once the furnace is at operating temp, Syngas is used to maintain this temp., and 'no further external heat source is required'. Not all the produced Syngas is used as the heat source, leaving surplus to be used as energy source, or as a feedstock elsewhere. Does this contravene Ist Law. No. Why. We have been told that 2 tonnes of H2 is produced from 20 tonnes of plastic. ( we do not know if this is fact, or just empirically true from chemistry of feedstock). Since H2 is only about 30% of Syngas, then weight of Syngas produced is just under 7 tonnes. The remainder being Char and other gases and liquids (?). The total energy going into process is 20t. The total energy coming 'out of' system is 7t Syngas, plus others. materials, which will have energy, only this energy has not been converted into heat energy. E=MC2

The 1st Law would only be compromised if total mass of products of process exceeded 20t.

The 'test' results are eagerly awaited.

Testing is the key. Some while ago I posted that the 'test' would encompass the financials of the process. Dumb and his then cohort dumber ( Dumb is still filtered, and it's a pleasure not reading 'Tales from a Small Fantasy island' (apols to BB), said it was not PHE's responsibility to provide it's commerciality. lol. For a Company to pay LF upfront, then the profitability of the plant is the overriding factor, and will be foremost in PHE tests. For any company to 'invest' in DMG, on the basis that 'evaluate commerciality yourself' is nonsensical. A non-starter.

It is an extremely 'upbeat' RNS, with a 'positive outcome' expected on EIA within the next 3 months. 'All technical issues of KMP answered'. On the -ve side, we have heard most of this before. Only one question remains for PI's now, 'is he telling the truth'. ? If the EIA drops b4 EoY, I would fully expect sp to hit at least 15p, probably more, which would mean a MC of $300M+ on a Co with a projected NAV of $2+ in, say 2 years. This would be a fantastic return . I took 'the plunge' and rebought a couple of months ago, and I am now about 'level'. Should I buy more. ? A £1k gamble now, if all goes to plan, could be worth c£120k. Probably buy a 'top of the range EV. ( or at least my estate could). My thoughts on PHE progression following successful testing of unit. That all depends on the strategy of PDMR's, As you are aware, I am not a fan of the 'strategic development' to date. Viz. Protus Park debacle , H2 is the Future, the numerous examples of previous 'DMG' being tested, and no results forthcoming, and a few others. Much will depend on 'politics'. Both UK parties have expressed great interest in C emissions being lowered in accordance with Paris Agreement, as have the majority of Eu countries., to date, it is 'all talk, no action' India and China, with no OnG fields, are the outliers, and continue to build coal fired Power Stations. The 'good ol US of A, is a political divided County between thinkers, and morons. Trump is a GW denier, and is in the pocket of Big Oil, and has promised to de-regulate ' checks and conbrols' on environmental harmful processes, basically saying to toxic companies, 'do as you wish'. There is a reasonable chance he will be the next POTUS. What this means for PHE is the USA 'waste to energy' market is non existent. The future, imo, is very bright for PHE, in a World that accepts the reality of GW, and goes way beyond Paris Agreement in banning FF as prime energy source, and give serious consideration on ridding waste plastic from the environment. To date, again, much talk, no action. I have repeatedly stated , and informed PHE years ago, the prime site for DMG is every Waste Recycling Centre on the Planet. I did mention Veolia by name, since it operates in most, if not all, Eu countries. It seems so obvious to me.

Funding for DMG plants , with PHE Licensing Model, is done by the customer, with the design, and commissioning staff, being furnished by PHE. The LF paid in advance. I would hope, with an income stream, and successful results of SAF production, that owner operated plants would be built, to increase co profitabilty.

I suggested that end of Q1 next year we could get 'complete test' results, and with aggressive marketing, Govts acceptance of GW, and affirmative actions, ,environmental problems of plastic refuse and affirmative actions, PHE may live up to it's name and be a 'power house' in the World W t E market. Yes Rivaldo. It is a good red, and explains the sharp rise in sp a week or so ago. Some profit taking now happening. However, I would always caution investors on 'research reports'.(RR). I am not saying it is true in IC's case, but many RR are paid for by the company being reported. All the 'buying' signals highlighted in the report are taken from Company supplied RNS.eg; Strong Blue Chip customer base. Multiple cross selling opportunities. etc. The Company metrics are again, from RNS. A target price of £1.20ps, with no time scale given, is probable, in time, baring economic disasters. What is certain, however, it is much superior to a RR damning the Company.

It is a Company. like the majority on AIM, where +ve RNs is the driving force.

Later developments by PHE, when the H2 band wagon was on the rise, saw a move by it to market H2 production. It failed to realise that H2 for transport was an extremely difficult market to crack, since large users, such as In HGV, Trains, Ships, would do as they have always done, but in bulk for depot storage. Single DMG plants at Filling Stations will run into the obvious problems of size and planning permission. Industrial parks, such as Protus, may have a DMG, but punters unlikely to travel to 'out of Town' location to fill up. Half a dozen cars a day from Park employees yes, if price is right, but unlikely to compete with filling stations selling H2, ( if there is demand) when price is the price factor, not colour.

PHE has finally twigged that H2 marketing is not the key to success. Removing waste plastic from the environment should be the emphasis, with valuable biproducts, self sustaining energy requirement and H2 mfd if required. Testing will decide the new marketing strategy. It maybe that Kerosene is a profitable end product, and a whole new vast market uncovered. Hopefully, Testing may also include Bio-mass as a feedstock, for SAF.

No significant movements in sp until 'test' results are RNS, then more testing to decide on optimum reactor size.

End of Q1 '25 should see most questions answered. However, LTH are only too familiar with 'self imposed' deadlines being missed. When first 'test' results are known and published, Company may then give a 'timeline' on OS work to be completed before DMG can be marketed. I believe the situation may be dynamic, and the present Business Model of income solely from 'Licensing Fees' may have a competitor from PHE 'owned and operated plants' if 'tests' results are extremely favourable.

'Skin in the game' has nothing to do with H2 production. DMG was first developed by Pyromex of Switzerland, who PHE subsequently bought. You may be interested in this RNS from PHE dated Oct '13. It leaves more Qs unanswered than answered.

I havn't, as yet, received a reply from Charles for the 2nd mail that I sent him. His reply to my 1st mail was to 'wait and see' the 1/4ly report, and then make further comments if Qs unanswered. So, we have to 'wait and see'. The general consensus on here appears be the familiar RNS of 'everyone working very hard to get EIA over the line'. Will it mention OCP? 2 hopes, no hope and Bob Hope. That is a 'revaluation' of 1%. Say you own 100,00 shares, you will now own 101,000. A revaluation is normal for cos whose number of shares in issue it too low, sp is too high, and stock shortage happens. In the case of PHE, the number of shares in iissue, is too high, at 4B+, caused in the main by share offerings to raise cash, and by the award of 'bonus' (lol) shares to Directors. In this scenario, a share consolidation is considered, and anything from 10% to 50% is normal. In PHE case a 50% consolidation would reduce all holdings by 50%, and double the the sp, leaving the MC the same.

I agree with RH that II in general are prevented from investing in penny shares because of the RnR of the Institution. The main driving force for this inablity is the MC, where £100M seems to be the cut off point.

You will then ascertain if any AIM RnR's have been broken. Good luck with it.

It serves little purpose to view the 'trades' , buy or sell, since they are meaningless without the sp at the exact time of the trade. MMs are not obliged to report any trade immediately. The 'buy' or 'sell' is only indicative of it relationship with the 'mid-price' at time of sale/buy. Depending on the quantity, a MM may offer better prices for large trades, well above the 'average traded amount', and also the amount of 'free' stock available.

The sp is tradable with a number of companies. Spread betting allows you to gamble of the rise/fall of a companies sp. Index Tracking funds allow you to gamble of FTSE100, FTSE350, or any other major market indices. When buying a share you are 'trading' the sp. You can take the opposing view and 'short the stock.
