I think virtually everyone has come round to this except Rusty as he is addicted to buying wells and he just can't stop and the market knows this, what we need is some news that there will be a period of consolidation and no more acquisitions for a time and then the SP will see a good rise but will be slowed by the overhang of shares. This share should and would be north of £20 if acquisitions were limited to replacement and to some growth.

It was stated in 2020 there was going to profits, this is a long standing fairy tale.

It is in fact down 98.35% from the peak but a few dividends since then before total crash, well done to JL for getting a huge salary for so long while playing such a leading role in this and all those who helped him.

You are right I should just ignore them but sometimes just too tempting when they talk total c**p, also any new readers should not be taken in and see them for what they are and your description is apt and to the point.

The one option they have not done is buy back shares which would have saved 8%+ in dividend payments and helped with NAV discount, BBs would have been more accretive than buying Carrefour but would reduce the size of the REIT which is against the managements best interests but not the shareholders.

With inflation down to 2.6% it should increase the chances of interest rate reduction but will mean lower rent increases on the inflation linked rents but overall should help SUPR .

Prove it, give the figures not just some remarks based on your desire to see DEC shareholders lose money. It is true at the time HH was low so FCF lower but it is a lot higher now so even if this was true then (which is was not) it is history now and the dividend money saved is used to but more assets. You do not own DEC shares, do not want to own them and since you are so convinced DEC will crash short it and post on here your short as you make it, then we can see if you are serious or just all mouth and no trousers.

The dividend cut is old news around 1 year ago, although I disagree with the cut it was used to buy more assets not because DEC was out of money.

We can but hope but track record tells another story, I have no doubt the BOD can expand the company and do interesting things but so far (and no signs it will change) they cannot find a way for this to produce money, just consume it, I would love to be proved wrong especially before they run out of money again.

As I have said for a time the BOD regard this company as a life style choice pursuing their interest and dreams and getting well paid for it with no regard to making money, they think that when they have used up all of the available cash they can just tap the shareholders for more, they don't care what the SP is as long as their salaries keeps coming in. If they try this again the shares will become for all intensive purposes worthless which is where they are now for those who bought into the lies at the IPO. Who in there right mind would put more money into this money pit especially after the lies told at the last raise, profits soon and then radio silence with no attempt to explain why there are no profits but just report more losses as thought this is normal and expected. I hate to say I was taken in, but I won't be again.

All the good news in the world will make not a jot of difference to the SP only FCF/profits, investors put money in to companies to make money not a lot of jam tomorrow announcements which will only work for a certain time.

The BOD need to concentrate on producing profits and dare I say dividends not something the the BOD's dictionary instead they concentrate on expanding the company which so far has resulted in nothing but expanded losses. The BOD need to be replaced with people with some financial brain who can do proper financial projections as opposed to dreamers, expand and hope it makes some cash. I fear unless there is a sea change in the way this company is run the SP will drift lower and lower and then collapse when the cash runs out and they ask shareholders for more.

Yes, the only difference will be if your shareholding does not divide by 15 exactly in which case it looks like you will lose these shares as CORPORATE ACTION NOTICE states

"Fractions: Should there be any fractional entitlement to part of a share, then we will sell such fractional shares and credit your Account with a cash value where such value is £5 or more."

since new shares will trade around 13p x 15 which is 1.95p which is less than £5 so a bit strange stating this.

This company is right for an activist investor or perhaps takeover, an activist investor would shake this up stop Rusty and add a huge amount of value.

I am here to make money not lose it, I guess a number of people want to "always look on the bright side of life" and we know what happened to ones singing that, this is where hope separates from reality. You have to detach yourself from emotions and deal with the facts not support a share like it is tour local football team. The truth is both side of the Atlantic are now fed up of Rusty's antics but no matter what it does not stop him, just hope the votes against the remuneration package was a wake up call. I will be voting against all but the most vital things until this madness is stopped.

The reason we have lost support of the US market is nobody can trust Rusty to do the right thing for shareholders especially after the botched financing of the last deal, the best thing Rusty can do apart from resign is nothing, a sad reflection on his job as CEO.

Can't agree more, most of the stuff like this will hit xxx in a few months or drop to xxx are just hope or fear or people supporting the share like there local football team there is some useful info.

As far as GG goes he is harmless, just bitter because the mistakes he made, every board seems to have 1 or 2 of these, in our case we also have RRB who pops up if/when SP goes down and disappears on any rise.

GG's hobby is schadenfreude, trolling other posters, insulting people he has never met and getting drunk, he spends hours (as he has with me) finding everything posted for wind ups. He will crawl back in the woodwork as SP rises. He only suffices late morning due last nights binge.

Form some other posters info it seems he bought DEC a time ago, it went down a lot and he panicked and sold out. He is jealous of anyone making money and just wants to see DEC go into Chapter 11 to justify he sell and enjoy seeing rest of us lose, fortunately that is not going to happen.

5% is good but the fact is a lot of people are 30% or more down due to Trusty Rusty's urge to be the new JR, that is what is really depressing, if there was news that he will pause for a time I will celebrate. First positive rise for me will be to 900p+ where my last set of buys are. Think we should get there soon, unlike DEC my last ENOG buy is in decent profit so is looking a better recovery play for now.

Seems not so, as you see I posted my buys and sells and you can see I made money like a lot of others trading DEC. GG how did you do with my tips, HEIT being taken over, SRT doing well and TREK gave you some good tips.

I agree DEC is way off being in Chapter 11 and is solvent by ant metrics with lots of assets but this counts for little as all Rusty has done for a time now is trash the SP. Great for Rusty's dream of becoming the new JR but a disaster for shareholder's.

As far as GG is concerned some people made money on trading DEC some have lost money but GG far worse has not only lost the plot but also his mind. For us it is cash for GG his sanity.

I given up trading DEC for a short time and have moved to AGNC, ENOG and BHP, would have added to GLEN but already a large position, all looking very cheap. Looks like markets calming and bottoming out, hopefully next week should see start of recovery,
