As I have been telling you the RI was a great success, high take up, I did very well out of the RI, those shares have been long sold and in the unlikely event a few a left with the underwriters they are siting on a tidy profit which is more than we can say for your PNN dealings, too scared to buy too scared to short but not too scared to post rubbish. I am not as daft as you to try and predict huge movement in share prices based on flaky/incorrect interpretation of information. Go on admit it you got this seriously wrong, the facts bear this out.

How about your predictions for PNN, if anyone had taken notice of you they would have lost a lot of money, the person you told SP would continue to drop for a while from his £3.90 buy is up 22% in a short time while rest of market down.

We have Rusty's buying addiction to thank for the huge high priced fixed rate long term debt, however there is no sign gas price will crash more likely to go up and hedging gives a decent amount of protection. Also ENOG now with large debt and not much bigger value is no where near as effected but they intend to reduce debt not increase it

IMO this is about confidence in the DEC BOD which puts DEC on the front of any sell list.

I think you are mistaking Rachel and Labour for people who have brains, they just keep saying net zero will reduce our energy costs as they keep going up and industry flees the UK because of high energy prices.

Does not explain why DEC as a US company which will be more protected for these trade tariffs and may benefit from additional LNG exports has been hit really badly, in the last week DEC down 8.2%, Shell 4.8%, ENOG 3.9%.

Does seem to be a particular daft reaction but the problem is this SP is fragile due to the goings on and there is a huge share overhang (thanks Rusty) that needs to be cleared. Some of these companies, instructions, underwriters may need cash now as being put under pressure, fund redemptions etc and no one trusts DEC to do the right thing for shareholders so will be at the top of the sale list. Unfortunately looks like pay back for very poor treatment of shareholders, can't see any other logical explanation for what is happening as HH over $4 and looks likely to be going up unless of course Rusty got another deal on the go, that's all we need.

Apparently those countries with large trade surpluses with the US are considering plans to reduce their surpluses and lessen the impact of the tariffs by purchase of more defence equipment and LNG from the US.

Examples cited include Japan & South Korea.

Not just JCB, more money has been invested in industry in the USA since Trump came to office than in the whole Biden administration I guess these facts are just for the numpties and economically illiterate as they seem to completely ignore what is happening in the real world not the world they would like to live in.

The cause of these tariffs are from places like the China, EU etc who think it is fine to impose high tariffs on goods coming in and regulate to make it difficult for importers and then scream blue murder when it happens to them, this is just pay back. Ask many of the African countries about the EU these can't fight back so have moved away from the west to China because of this treatment.

The Germans laughed at Trump when he told them they are too reliant on Russian gas, they are not laughing now.

One thing we do know when people resort to insults when they have lost the argument.

For the world as a whole these tariffs are very bad, for America good, JCB has just announced it is moving more production into USA how is this a bad thing for USA, bad for us.

The USA is said to be one of the only countries that can exists on it's own (not my words), it's imports and exports are small compared to almost all other countries in the world, this is the reality, Trump has the upper has and as promised during the elections is using it, a rare thing in the western world a politician keeping his promises.

The board of Capita plc has announced a reorganisation of the company's share capital. Shareholders as at close of business on 28 April 2025 will have their holding consolidated, receiving 1 new share in place of every 15 previously held. The new consolidated shares are expected on or around 29 April 2025. Please note we will credit the shares to your account upon receipt from the registrar which may not be before 8.00am on 29 April 2025.

The consolidation is subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting (GM) on 28 April 2025.

America only exports around 10% GDP and imports around 15.6%, its real economy will not be that affected much and in the medium term will grow unlike EU, China, India, Japan etc. The tariffs will be used to reduce taxes on working people is that one of you socialist principles.

You will be dependent on DEC SP staying low, if a recovery will crawl back in the woodwork. You will find he does not get up to late morning and posts through the night when he seems to be most vocal and insulting, we suspect he is drunk and on his own. Good luck
