Looks like the US market is weaker than the UK, 79,700 shares bought in US and SP goes down, none in the UK and SP goes up. At a guess one or more in the US are selling the shares which were part of aquisrions or underwriter still getting out. With this share overhang and HH been going down to around $3 may be a time before shares rerate.

The 3% growth is not good and close to 0 if take account of inflation, debt down and profits up but at a cost of £4.5m exceptional item to simplify the business and increase global alignment to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Not a good set of results.

Or is US pre market tracking LSE which I think is more likely, if there was much difference there would be traders selling on the higher price market to buy on the lower.

DOW futures up 1.7%, DEC trending up and hopefully another good amount of BBs so hoping for a good day.

The board has gone on a buying spree since a closed period ended with the publication of the company’s 2024 results — Rigas (via his holding company, Growthy) has spent £694,000 on shares, director Stathis Topouzoglou £1.7mn, and chief financial officer Panos Benos bought shares worth almost £300,000. Two other directors also spent between £86,000 and £104,000.

Got to be a good sign and glad I have been adding on the dips.

The German bank stated the net effect of its modelling changes had led to an increased price target of 1,000.0p, up from 940.0p, and more scope for "sustainable growth in shareholder returns".

The BB were 60,300 at average price of $11.9682, hopefully they can keep this up.

Shares were bought in 688 lots of 1 to 200 shares from 9:30 to 3.23 (must be US time) but a number of lots were at the same time.

This is a change of strategy as these BB were on the US market, the question is why? Looking at the LSE data 110,000 share volume at a value of £1.78m (which makes no sense) but there was volume enough to buy some on the LSE so it does not look as though reducing the UK market in a move to the IS or perhaps there are regs which mean it has to have a certain % on the LSE for it to be the main market.

As you say BBs are a drop in the ocean to the dilution but going in the right direction, also may mean no acquisitions planned which if true is the best part of this news.

The leak is old news and was caused by a farmer breaking equipment which PNN were not allowed access to without the farmers permission.

Because if you had bought instead of telling other people they got it wrong you would made over 25%, what % did you get on VOD for holding a lot longer.

Not sure where you are getting this info from about PNN shares, 93% take up in the RI, if I was you I would as for my money back.

Had it with company not going to put 1p more into it so far just good money after bad.

If you had bought PNN at a little below £4 a few months ago and sold this morning you could have 25% profit but instead you kept telling the PNN shareholders it would go down from £3.90 and of course your greatest prediction every in that it would go below £2.64 based on a very successful RI, thank goodness not one takes any notice of you.

Go on compare your VOD profits with poster who bought PNN for £3.90 and you said " by all means crack on with buying - PNN will continue to drop for a long while net nonetheless."

Who knows, there does not seem to be any strategy, you would think get as many as you can while price is low but would not surprise me to see more buys when price has recovered some. The biggest problem is no one outside DEC no what is going on, new acquisition? why borrow $300m at high rate when it is not needed? etc all helping holding the price back.

Yes, £ dividends are going down but suspect $ will start to got up again before too many more dividend payments, I get my dividends in $s at II and put it back into US shares/funds.

How little you understand about the US economy, very little depends on imports or exports they are closest of all large nations to self sufficiency. The aim is to bring back jobs to the US which is happening in spades and will make average citizen better off, wall street hate it as no more goods produced by cheap and slave labour to make huge profits but the people like it as can be seen from the poll rating, take a look where the democrats are now.

How's you EZJ and PNN predictions going, PNN hit 500p this morning long way from you going below 264p, no wonder you don't short.

Is a currency trading business who got caught out by few % points fall in the $ as it looks like they have been taking been taking inappropriate FX bets, been caught out and can't pay the margin calls. More like a Nick Lesson traders than the result of anything Trump did, defiantly will not be a domino effect just a bunch of gamblers who did no risk analysis or stop loses and got caught out and if more go under because of this sort of behaviour not such a bad thing

Does not take a genius to find out Trump wants a cheaper $ as this will make imports more expensive, exports cheaper so more jobs returned to the US, it is main street vs wall street thing.

BB are back, 15,000 average price £8.8804.

It is only a matter of time before ED Sillybrain is sacked as Labour are forced to water down net stupid zero as reality hits idealism.

SP picked up a bit towards the EOD and dropped less than Dow.

DEC is not such a great bargain as OB says it is but it is certainly not the disaster that you say it is, it is somewhere in between, closer to OB than your analysis, it has a very high asset value taking into account debt but as of late been poorly run. If Rusty resist buying more wells for a time (will have to eventually buy to replenish) the SP will rise. Look at the projected FCF $420m for a company with a market cap of around $940m with hedging covering most of the output. Even if you as you say decline rate > 10% (not sure I believe anything you say) with FCF at these levels will easily exceed market cap in less that 3 years.
