As just said the money for BBs is from the last loan which is at 9.75%, it may be booked as revenue but these all go into the same pot i.e. cash and as the $300m from the last loan is not being used for anything else.

The questions that have to asked (but DEC will not tell us anything, not even acknowledge messages that are sent to them)

Why borrow at 9.75% to BB shares paying a lower yield.

Why now and why so large, is this because Rusty thinks this a good idea, does he know of someone dumping DEC shares at any price so this is needed to prevent a crash in the SP, has DEC been told buy the IIs to sort out the situation of tanking SP or else. These BBs are not in Rust's DNA as can been seen from history, he likes to talk about it but not do it, however this time is different, is he being forced?

IMO the SP will slowly recover as the share overhang reduces helped by the BBs providing HH does not crash and Rusty keeps his finger off the buy button. What would really help is a special dividend but not holding my breath.

Should see this play out tin the SP tomorrow.

NXE and CCJ SP just spiked, NXE up 5% and CCJ up 3.5% in about 15 minutes.

As someone who worked in IT I saw this so many times, inexperience Indian workers sent to UK on low salaries, no tax or NI as working for Indian company while in the UK, go back to India after gaining some experience and work transfers with them as in India no taxes on IT workers if work is for export. We got taxed, taxed and taxed again

Looks like more spending on the way with still no profits so in fact adding to the losses.

Not sure who is calling this a decent rise (but not bad over a week or so) but happy with a day trade of 20p profit, only posted as GG keeps asking to see if I have traded so posted as I bought and sold. GG has become obsessed with everything I do, must be living in he head or perhaps coping my trades which I would not advise. However the truth is GG goes apoplectic if anyone makes any money out of DEC which people are doing trading it.

FYI just bought in at £9.49, a few p less than I sold out but we have had a decent rise in US since then.

His reluctance is due to the SP going up and other people making money on trades etc, can't stand it but also can't let go of his hatred for DEC shareholders so will jump back to try for wind ups/insults, very funny and ironic as it is only him that's gets wound up.

Seems to think that masquerading as some unofficial fact checking service gives him reason to post insults, obviously mental problems.

Thanks for nice words, GG does not get to me at all, I find it quite funny. He is the village idiot and nothing he says is of any relevance, would spend more time winding him up but it takes over the board and don't have too much free time.

The reason I mentioned my work is because GG brought it up and is very interested in me (must be living in his head) and spends many hours trolling all my posts on all boards. He tries to work out how much I am making on trades to say it is not worth it and loves if he can find something that has not worked out. In this case he found a buy of DEC shares at around £10.30 which I still hold, don't like to tell him we don't win them all just just have to win more than lose, however I expect this trade to come good in the not to distant future. Also my loses on this are well covered by my trades after this one.

I was adding to Lloyds a time ago when they were low but with my employee shares and others I had at much higher prices all in all just small a small profit. I prefer Barclays because a lot of profit from outside the UK.

So as you can see I prefer Barclays for now.

The best trading shares I find are Uranium stocks on NYSE, low dealing costs and spread, of course no stamp duty and are very volatile. I trade CCJ and NXE and sometimes just the difference between them which can be 2% intra day in one direction and go back to other way in the same day. Uranium stocks in large companies can often move 10% or more in a short time. Uranium is a complex market and as been said many times by the experts not for the fainthearted, if you panic and sell at wrong time you can loses a lot to see it come back over the next few days or Months. CCJ been from $36 to over $60 and now back to $46 in less than a year.

I am a Lloyds shareholder, got the shares as part of my package as I work for Lloyds a couple of times, once in their corporate section and once in the CHAPs section, you will also see me on the Barclays board (save you the time trolling) as worked at Barclays Capital as well but been adding to my Barclays shareholding about 2 year ago, doing very well now over double. The reason I increased my Barclays holding was because I understood the money making potential of the Investment bank side and this would increase after it was freed up when Antony Jenkins was removed. You should try to do some research instead of trolling and you might make some money and be less bitter.

Not triggered at all having some fun winding up someone like you as had a bit of spare time while keeping an eye on some US shares as II gave me free trades and wanted to make the best of these so needed to stay by my computer.

Just for the record I was an SME as you would have no idea what it is I can tell you it is a Subject Matter Expert bit like Technical Consultant (which is role I have done in a number of times), my role was in IT but need to do a fair bit of business analysis as well. In other words back office and nothing to do with trading just the mechanic of the trades, temperament was important at times of system failure, need to keep cool and not panic so I could help track down the problem, had a few late nights.

You don't need spend your time trolling just ask.

Your bet was far too easy to win but one thing you have got wrong not all his posts are about DEC, he also posts a lots of insults to posters and spends his time trolling though old posts to find anything he can which he can quote out of context to try for a windup, unfortunately for him is he is the one who gets wound up as we are all laughing at him.

That would require Rusty to overcome his addiction to buying wells and as we all know like all addictions it is very strong. However since the trashing of the SP after the debacle of the Maverick buy and fire sale fund raise there have been no more aqucitsions and the SP has started to recover, if DEC would commit to no new acquisitions for a time or sell off some assets the SP would recover a lot quicker especially as it would give time for the share overhand to go. Then at least we can make sense of the accounts and know where we stand, I suspect this would be a pleasant surprise as ASP1 figures suggest.

I sure we have been through this before but without it resolved. If this is used to replace a loan how does it affect the hedging, i.e. when you repay the loan the hedges are still held, you can sell/pay off the hedges and take out new ones which could be +30% but once the cost of removing the old hedges is taken into account this will not result in a gain.

If you don't believe me or don't want to know then don't ask. For your info just traded out at £9.54 as I preferer not to hold overnight. I was not going to post my trades but when you asked and I posted SP was £9.36 so I went on record at that point.

Having fun trading $ stocks for free as II has 3 days of free trading, you should try, take you mind of of DEC as SP rises, there is more to the world than trashing DEC and it's investors but I guess everyone needs a hobby.

Anyway not going to scratch this itch for a time so have fun talking to yourself and the RRB.
