I think the test result time is dependant on the thing they're looking for. Reading up it seems the viruses are RNA viruses and use a modified version of PCR to first copy the RNA which adds time? The AIHL seems to be a faster test.

Hi Kiwi, agree. Most diagnostics companies are trying to make a difference and do something helpful. Here it could be automating lung image analysis to take the burden off the healthcare radiographers etc. It would make absolute sense.

Impossible, you can't do a trial covering all patient groups in a few weeks. A successful vaccine is 12 months away. They may have a candidate but trials will need to be done properly...

interesting that 10% of the shares were traded yesterday, and assuming 60% can't be traded that's 25% of tradable shares traded. Up or down what's nice to see is liquidity. Over coming weeks as more and more people see the value here I'm confident the company will rise and deliver needed products.

The world wide potential for the AIHL test is large. 90k per annum in the UK which is 0.87% of the world, potentially then 10M our annum. OK we can dream but it shows it's a big market. Genedrive does this at POC so it can be done anywhere.

I agree, some chunky buys happening. Maybe some Covid related activity happening as part of long term aftercare of infected patients, no insight, just guessing, or perhaps the sale of the stonechecker product... exciting times

Its all looking pretty impressive supporting the brokers 60p target I'm sure which would still only be a £20m MC based on what looks to be £10m+ sales. Lots of room for share price growth here

Pasha, this Company is trying to do the right thing and make products that make a difference. Suggest you look at the alarming rise in numbers and the need to test people both in volume and on a one to one basis. Everything has changed here. Support the business that might one day save a life, they already have with their other test.

The size of the DOD order seems larger than previously, these guys can often pay up front to guarantee their orders so a raise is probably not on the cards. I agree, if we all stick to message and the benefits of the product we all see here, then a nice gradual rise will continue. Each test Genedrive has has £3m pa opportunities in the UK on its own, when you consider the world wide markets this could represent £100m turnovers in time. That would make our current market cap seem very small. As the WHO says, test, test, test!

YGEN are a supplier, so they'll take a smaller part of the revenue, probably not as exciting longer term once the COVID returns to being endemic
