404x, Diggle has 27m shares which he has bought at prices up to 67p over the last 4 years. He can outvote any /all private investors but imv he is entitled to sell a tiny percentage at any point. Just remember he is likely to pony up anither couple of million in any fund raise so no point winding him up. He must be really hacked off losing north of 3 m and he is likely to lead the move against the ceo on account of that loss - he is potentially our saviour imv.

404x, I disagree, this is a consumer product for now just like the myriad of other health tests available in the market. My point about raising awareness using all people who could help is because I believe patient demand will help adoption.Wider use, through collection of data will build the data over time.

404x, I have read the document and I agree it needs a wider trial but that does not stop it being used just now because it cannot do any harm to patients , un like new medications. Worse case scenario people are misled but no more than the psa result will potentially mislead patients.

404x, I don't agree about being found out. NHS market is closed off and there are few private GP's. NHS follow protocols and unless a punter asked for a PSE ttest it will not be offered. GP's far to busy and risk averse to go outside guidelines in UK in my view.

I will know they are trying hard enough to gain traction when I see some adverts on the back of buses here in Oxford and maybe even a little sign outside the head office so that at least the employees know about the test. Not yet at the stage of tnrowing myslef in front of the FD's car when he leaves work but it would be nice to see some more passion to get awareness raised.

The bigger failure and one where he must be held to account is the UK trial - unless that situation is recovered he needs sacking and his prostrate examined by the GP with the largest hands in the land.

New, I agree with your comment that the ceo gives excuses and not reasons. frankly my GP is so busy that any patient who said' I would like a PSE test please and should be grateful if you would refer me for one , would likely get the response , I have not heard of those tell me about them' . He would then likely say ' happy to refer you for one , as you are paying' where do I sign. Next patient please.

I am hoping that Investro relations action my suggestions wrt raising awareness. I am reluctant to do so but if I hear nothing back I will open some social media accounts and message people directly, e.g Dr David Bull, Charlie Stayt and Nigel Farage in the hope one of them gets excited about the benefits to millions of the test.

Personally, I tend to just read RNS statements, looks particularly at cash and p/e's and 'invest and hold' rather than trade. It has worked here from flotation until about 3 years ago!

Dug, over the last couple of days Diggle's shareholding has lost close to £3m in value and he will no doubt have something to say about that ! Perhaps that is why the ceo is holed up in the USA!

The challenge LSE have is that people are deserting this site - there are fewer andd fewer posts every week - they wont have a business soon. Not sure what they can do as many people look at Telegram and other places these days.

Dug, I completely agree- he has fixated on the US and whilst he can't be in two places at one time, somebody , even if it was the FD should have been engaging with that UK trial to ensure we are included. Frankly having to refer to his notes was poor and the truth was ' er I dont know much about it but I am hoping they come to us'.
