All this talk about cash has made me reflect on the presentation last week. It was my expectation and indeed my experience that the ceo would bring others into the conversation especially the cfo. As I recall the cfo looked quite sheepish and I got the sense that either he didnt like the ceo or didnt like what the ceo was saying and in light of what we now know it was probably a bit of both because he will have challenged the spend levels if he is like the cfos that I have encountered. In retrospect that meeting /presentation is telling us more than just what was said. What do others think?

Dug, the questions you are asking will no doubt be asked by Diggle and others who have lost millions. The best defence Burrows can offer is to say USA is 5 times the UK market so that is our priority and our expensive senior team is focuused on the medium term and relationship building. Diggle will likely respond , that's great for the 3 -5 year view but we need sales this year and next, we can't ignore the UK trial your fired.[ I hope].

I could put up with fraud and half truths if Burrows was actually doing the right stuff, i.e getting the company included in the UK trial and creating consumer demand for the PSE test through raising its profile in social media etc. Instead we have key expensive directors swanning about at conferences, which may be great for them but until we get sales growing they are an unaffordable luxury .

If I was a shareholder and and losing money, I would be asking the BOD why they did not inform the market when the loan covenants were breached as that is price sensitive info as evidenced today. The BOD have misled investors imho.

Dibs, i disagree because this is effectively still a pre revenue company. there is huge value in the products and parties interested in buying parts. So the poetential here is £bns of revenue and that must be worth current sp plus. The discount is the burrows effect just now imv.

Brexit is a small part of the problem , the largest part is that we have a government that overspends to the tune of £5 per person per day and that has been going on since Cameron was prime minister. Our debt has risen something like 1 trillion gbp with the consequence that the private sector is being robbed of money to help bailus out. Whole series of things like windfall tax on north sea oil, additional corporation tax, increased NI. Frankly we have not had austerity since Thatchers days and my goodness we need it now as we are killing off our businesses.

Ref the selling point - what is clear looking at the social media links on the company web site is that there is no drive to raise the profile of the tests with the consumers. Nice photos of some christmas jumpers but nothing relevant or recent. They really are ignoring the UK consumer. Easy fix imv by almost anyone at the company .

Just one point to add, I do have a huge amount of sympathy for private investors who are continually misled by company directors causing them to lose their savings through deceitful behaviour. My guess is all the allegations about breaches will be proven correct and the bod with held that info - we shall see. Good luck to you all.

This reminds me of the death throws of DDDD where the company was put into admin because of a technical breach ,Shorters etc made money out of its demise and management knew they were in breach but kept it quiet. As and ex flybe shareholder I have no sympathy for this company becasue of its role in shafting us. Karma has just landed at LSA it seems.

FF , as for CHF - the company is only worth tuppence - you could likely buy the whole company with your amex. I am not going to take a position there as it is on a knife edge. If the ceo gets a puncture in his car they could run out of cash and if they get a result in the pub raffle the profits will double! Good luck - I think you are onto a winner with that one for sure.
