This is a shares page, nothing in life is guaranteed…. SoF has no insight anymore, his analysis has always been poor. He has just become one of the haters, spouting theories with increasingly imperfect information and weak analysis. All he can do now is call you names. You know the game is up when people resort to that behaviour. No one knows what the future really holds for the stock, fingers crossed, it looks like things are improving, but it will be a long old road.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into loan agreements with Douglas Park, George Letham and George Taylor for facilities totalling £1.5m. The proceeds of the loans are available generally for the purposes of the Company and will be used for working capital. The most likely solution is TPL and King offering a funding package IMHO. Most likely a loan convertible to equity at a future date. That would help them secure the club and provide the financing. There will be an RNS. Although some people are bubbling over and just can’t wait.

You're panicking Eddie. They also put out an RNS saying the £5m drawdown facility had been exercised. Which it appears was incorrect. Incorrect RNS statements were the previuos board's speciality. Some were suggesting the stock would go into administration over a year ago. That never happened either. There are plenty of millionaires knocking around the stock. I would imagine its the structure of the deal that is under discussion and how best to restructure to put the club on a sustainable footing.

You should open a share dealing account. Its much more fun than silly bets with a bookie. LSE are decent, the accounts are run by Jarvis, trading is cheap and it means you can have much better conversations than insulting people on what is effectively a football forum.

Don't panic Mensch, the club seems to be being run much better. If the stock last the next six months, I think it will restructure and begin to do much better. Most people who post on here who don't like King and Murray do so because they are bitter IMHO. Aqua consistently insults people including directors and officials. King isn't currently on the board Mensch. Park is and I think he seems an honest sort. As far as performance of the board is concerned 10 days is too soon to judge. I'll only really begin to make judgements after 2 or so months. McCall so far seems to be better than McDowell who to be fair to him didn't want the job. The stock is still suffering from years of neglect and corporate vandalism, IMHO. Lets see what the next 2 months bring.
