I disagree I have a much better record than some bloggers. Whilst I am sure there are some good ones, I just haven't read them. Most of what I read is just agenda pushing tripe, some people love all that. Some were suggesting the stock was due to run out of money over a year ago, and here we are, still bicker like kids.

I would be surprised if two people of such high integrity as lambias and leach didn't pay HMRC. Shocking if true. Plus that would mean they also mislead the market by putting out a false RNS regarding the drawdown facility. Even more shocking !. But then bloggers never seem to get stuff right. I'm surprised you listen to them SoF. Maybe its just more media house propaganda. Level5 will wipe the floor with them as always.

I am certainly not happy to support it. The above topic, however, was only ever raised by the op as far as I am aware.

On the pitch is the least of this stocks woes. Lets wait and see what carnage L&L have left behind for the new board. 'The mob' that was in power before them would most likely have done a fair amount of corporate vandalism. Lets wait and see.

I thought SoF was a season ticket holder, as he didn’t want Mr King near ‘his’ club. If he wasn’t there he would have missed young Tom Walsh who I thought played really well, given the circumstances and result.

There will be no cliff, this ship has been sinking since it was floated … quite literally. If it sinks it will be on the back of mismanagement, fiscal vandalism and corporate incompetence dating back to its inception in 2012.

I would be surprisedm as I am nNot sure what you could sue exactly? The NOMAD was lost when the previous board was in place. The new board have stated they are trying to get a new NOMAD. If they can’t get a new NOMAD, is that their fault?. They only just took over the company. Plus they only manage the company on behalf of the shareholders. It’s the shareholders who decided to vote them in. You would essentially be suing yourself, while acknowledging you have limited liability, and/or the board of directors you yourself voted in. Maybe I can sue the rest of the electorate for not voting for my choice of political party, who I am sure would have done much better job, but we can't be sure as they never got into power? If you buy shares you pay your money and take your chances.

Agreed Salted, but we have imperfect information. We all agree something has to happen, however - We are lead to believe discussions are ongoing with Kennedy, King is a major shareholder and Park is also. - The club can issue more shares to existing shareholders. - We are also lead to believe Llambias and Leach made savings - Some service and playing contracts are scheduled to end, and - The new board were going to look into many of the contracts. It appears Llambias and Leach may have set the car up to crash, as the new board got in the driving seat. An eventuality they would have been prepared for. There are many problem and options.

No I am not saying that at all, I am saying we know the situation is difficult, but we don't know enough at the moment to make an informed para-accountancy analysis. Nor do we know the prioritisation of issues as management see things or a roadmap forward. That will take time.

As far as I can see you tried to do some para-management accountancy with imperfect information, in fact on the scale of perfection you probably didn’t make it to a 2 out of 10 with the information you had. We have various reports of what the season ticket sales are, no idea what they are now after more were allegedly purchased following the removal of the old board. We have no idea if the draw down money is still in the account, or if the season ticket money is scheduled to be released in tranches, and if so, one is just about due. You basically have no reasonable information, other than a general sense of attendances not being what was hoped for. When I simply pointed out your imperfections and refused to further speculate you resorted to silly football taunting, like we see in playgrounds throughout the west coast of Scotland. The facts are nothing significant from a financial or corporate governance perspective happened today, you just tried some para-management accountancy, without any quality info. I am not here to contribute to your anti Rangers agenda, I have a trading account with LSE which I trade shares with. That’s the point of the website. As we both agreed lets wait and see what happens next. NII is much more interesting at the moment and ANW is never dull. Haha. Knows nothing about football, makes me laugh Wottpi. This isn't a football forum why not go on one of your fans forums. Why do you think all the press are odious?, surely you dont mean a whole nation of pressmen?, wow that would be a statement. Mensch the 'mob' that ran the company previously were a disgrace to the corporate governance. IMHO. Transparency and strategic vision can't be any worse than under the previous board. As for your judgement on the stock it seems a little premature, they have only been in post a little over a week.
