Not to my knowledge. I guess they could indicate or even specify a dividend based on unrestricted cash on January 22nd when guidance and CAPEX are announced. It's the board's mandate. They could also file the AR sooner than usual ;)

I don't think I own any stock that pays a (normal) dividend where it's not announced in conjunction with an earnings report.

Shareprice has doubled since January 2022 when you first started with the reverse split talk.

Plus dividends.

We'll get guidance and CAPEX jan. 22nd, reserves update feb. 1st, but probably not a dividend update before end of march, when the AR is ready. I hope they'll be able to accelerate the share buyback since they're barely able to keep up with the new shares from PSUs etc. Div's might be higher than 0.02 if they have received what they hint at in the RNS (else I think they might be after Q2). Numbers from 16H could also be released with the Jan. 22nd update.

Still lacking a wild guess on SP from Aligator. I mean, if you're ready to guesstimate hell freezing over, you should be willing to guess on the price of a flower; just to balance it out :)

If SP drops to mid 30s (market cap 100 million USD) it's not bco. management. Then something has changed fundamentally. Even the meager 48 mmcf/day generates well above 30 million USD/year. Not very likely IMHO.

So for the sake of balancing the post @aligator, what is your target given they're 55mmcf+ and have credit in place?

High production numbers despite 16H not online yet - it will be soon. "Should allow the Company to maintain production above 20,000 bopd for the foreseeable future" and "enhanced the oil export barge fleet capacity to more than 1.6 million barrels" - nice!

Too much unrestricted cash ;) so div's will keep floating.

I think they still have 20,113,910 PSU's "live" and many of those are exchangeable for 2 shares. What triggers those is not known. I guess we'll get an update in the AR on the count. I'd like to get more shares off the table since the dilution has been heavy since I bought my first shares in #PTAL. It would IMO also be nice to see the major shareholders sell pro rata on buybacks. No doubt that it's a great company with more to come (but that can be said about many companies).

I also own a small number of I3E shares. Not buying more there either, since they insist on paying div's instead of them buying back shares, despite the huge drop in SP.

Flabby, look at the facilities, production, future FCF and drilling plan instead of the SP. If people are loosing or making money based on the present SP should really not influence any decision re. holding or selling (except when trading for tax reasons maybe).

Are you keeping it for the sake of your ego and to save face? Volume has been very low (except for a few days) so I bet most LTH's are still in the money (not me, but given FCF in 2025, SP is undervalued).

With the wells coming online and the low (meaning lower than possible) production in H2, we'll have a tremendous 2024. Mr. Brent is likely the greatest concern? And perhaps shareholders don't like the (greedy) number of PSUs and the warrant history. It's honestly a big red flag for me and one of the factors that has stopped me from investing more in #PTAL.

I hope #PTAL isn't going to use ONP if the terms remain the same. They really need to be paid in full on delivery (FOB) like it's the case with shipments to Brazil. Absolutely no point in going back to delivering oil to that pipeline, if we risk that social disruption makes oil in the pipeline #PTALs problem. That nearly broke the company a few years back and is the main reason (+ the lack of hedging from our foolish FD) we have 900 million shares and not

Ask you broker. They probably think its fun for you to spend time seeking for a refund and hence haven't bothered doing the paperwork. I had PTAL at 2 different brokers - one of them also charged 25% so not using them anymore. Simply move the shares if possible.

November production: 8,268 BOE/D. It's not like they're losing money now (!).

And people go crazy over increased credit?

I'd be disappointed if they didn't accelerate development CAPEX & drilling now.

100% agree @ EyesRight - credit for development wells makes perfect sense.

I didn't count on Royston to deliver anything, but I'm in generel disappointed by their lack of will to deliver as much as possible as soon as possible @ Cascadura. However, todays drop in SP is out of proportion IMO, looking at the case. SP continues to be day-to-day relative and trade with management discount - a fundamental rerate (based on their assets, especially Cascadura) will take some quarters of solid numbers (and isn't going to delete the management discount completely).

I'm wondering how Canada opens today. Often better at keeping their cool. When it comes to small cap companies, the British are not very cool, calm & collected :O)

I was writing that P/E should be < 2 from this SP for 2025 with the targeted exit production (or rather from Q4 2024). Though that's pre tax and CAPEX. So we should see significantly higher production yet again in 2025. SP isn't going to stay < 50p for long. We had a nice Q1 this year - I think the same thing (just higher for longer....) could happen in 2024, when we get some drilling excitement back.
