Your comment worries me Sekforde. I know that you're knowledgeible and don't post frivolously. When you say Enq is finished, can your rope that in with some parameters? POO, time, available finance/revenues and profits. I know that you look at all of this stuff and I normally read what you post so I'd be interested in a more in depth view on that. From my point of view I own a lot of ENQ. I sold almost half a million shares on their last RNS around 11.5p. I took a 50 grand or so loss (about 50%), sounds bad, but it was to run against tax on better investments/trades. To me, ENQ seem to be improving their financial position, reducing debt and likely to survive a drop in POO. But I don't have your expertise.

We've been below 280 now, but that brought in a little buying. Not very convincing for the moment. Looks shaky so we could really do with good news tomorrow.

Are we expecting any announcements in the near future? I can only see Feb26 2026 for full year results?

Completely agree Mike. The two trades highlighted in the previous chart both result in a SP rise. But it's more volatility than buy vs sell. They're identical and resulted in big short term volatility, but no significant price change. I don't know enough to understand what they mean. But they seem to have coincided with the fall in SP.

It's possible to my mind that someone was transferring (someone buying, someone selling) and that the actual story is the fall in the price of oil.

You know my view on where I think the SP is going so I'm not rushing to buy, but I'm not buying on institutional scale so I have the privilege of being able to wait until I think it's 'just right'.

Those trades interest me. Same thing happened on OCDO 1.9 milllion sell and within a minute 1.9million buy. Move the SP by 30p in that time span. I have no explanation for this type of thing. In this case with HBR I see the trades on a 1 min chart, they occur within a minute of each other and are identical. They do trigger the fall in the SP (or at least co-incide with it), but the trades themselves don't drop the price, they just seem to up the volatility. Very interesting. Since they're so large and off book, I'd have to assume that Mike is right or close with some sort of transfer presumably via dark pools.

Krak, 10.1 to 10.2 looks very likely. Price could go lower still. Previous low is around 10 on 30th Sept 2024. We could see that again. If we do, fingers crossed it acts as support.

Sheltie, stops are a mixed bag. For example look at the price action here on Sept 25th. Around 16:10 in the space of a minute the price here dropped from around 233 to around 203 and then right back up. That was quite big volume. Very odd high volume sell then immediately after a matching buy. That could have taken stops out for nothing.

I don't have a short position. But it's an interesting point. I've just looked at short tracker and it seems that shorts have dropped from 5.7 to under 3 from April to now. It would be interesting to watch that now to find out if any big players see a compelling downside risk.

I think there's a good chance it will drop to 397 or lower.

Bit of buying today. if that does represent a low for now, we might be witnessing the formation of a double bottom around 284/285 (short term one: Sept 29 and today). That can be a good a good thing, but its way off the low of 240/241 on Apr 7th.

It's interesting how these SP movements come about. Company seems to be doing fine but the SP is falling. I sometimes wonder whether there are institutions/media outlets (probably combined) that can and do move the SPs of some companies deliberately with a view to buying the shares at a specific strike price. Pure speculation, but I watch it over and over again.

Here it looks likely the SP will come off to between 51 and 52 p. What happens next will be fascinating. If it closes below 51 (let's say 50 for safety), I think we'll see a drop to 42.5 or lower and probably 40 or lower. With enough ifs you put Paris in a bottle, but if those numbers happen, and 40p does not act as good support, we could be seeing 30-31 or lower in the future. I have no idea how to explain a drop like that based on fundamentals, so it's pure conjecture and really just shooting the breeze about possibilities in the future.

We've seen the price print 284, but the fact it's pushing down to those levels again suggests it might try a bit lower. Will be very interesting to see how the buys/sells pan out if price does push down below 284. I'll be watching 280 closely if that comes.

I can't find it either. The only reference to the 39.5% directs me back here, so a circle. It's clearly an important holding if it's true, but how could that number of shares have been accumulated without pushing the price up?

SP just rose by 1p on a 100 share trade. Anyone notice the huge volume yesterday around 1pm? It was about 3.8 million shares, made up of a 1.9 million sell at 14;56 and a 1.9million buy at 14:59. SP seems to have dropped around 4p on the sell and went back up 4p to exactly the same level on the buy. All very odd. Maybe a fat fingered mistake on the sell? Anyone have a view on what that could mean?

Gary, you're obsessed with shorts. What's more likely is that holders sold. Not everything is a conspiracy controlled by hedge funds.

If there's one thing I have learned about markets, it's that there are no 'definitelys'. I think you've misjudged this one botbot. I'll keep waiting. Admittedly, it's taking a long time. But I don't mind.
