I have no idea whether you're right, but I would say it's wise not to underestimate the info used by funds and institutions. I get the feeling from the wording of recent releases (both from the company and other media) OCDO maybe turning a corner and finally moving to the right side of the curve with increased flexibility in their offerings. Below 185, I'll be looking for evidence of price stabilisation and potentially a move up. Dare I say it, but I think the bottom is in for the near term.

The other positive is that it sounds like a professional discussion/agreement, continuing good relations and future opportunity. That's a lot better than the MKS dispute that had the characteristics of a spat.

Have they not just extended the EPL and are selling this version as better for the industry. It was supposed to run until 2030, it's now running on past that date in a modified form. Market might not look on that very kindly in the near term.

I'm not sure what, but something happened yesterday that presaged the fall. I watched the price dip a little below 230 and it really seemed to signal that we'll drop. I think there's a good chance that we'll be back und 200 in the fairly near future. That's purely a TA view.

Selling off. Might be a down day for EZJ tomorrow if that doesn't revert. Before you tell me it's not listed on the DAX, I know that. But it often follows the DAX which seems to act as a lead indicator of strength/weakness in the eurozone where a large chunk of EZJ passengers are. Will be interesting

Casa, I have to say that PC is a poster I have a lot of respect for. If he appears biased towards companies with a falling SP, that's probably because he's looking for value in a company he thinks will do ok in the medium term. In that sense, it's also the type of thing that interests me and might explain why I interact with PC reasonably often. Never found him biased, or manipulative or anything other than a very useful foil to my own lack of knowledge (let's call it what it is; ignorance). Not sure you need to argue with sensible folk, my page is a sea of green as there are so many 't it s and timewasters' on every board.

Are probably not easy to use on a spread of 3 to 4p due to low liquidity on this stock. But, I'm trying to learn new tricks. In theory, we have retraced about 50% of yesterdays gain today and again, in theory, according to a strategy I'm studying currently, we should now see the price rise to (or beyond) yesterdays highs. Let's see shall we. I haven't changed my position and am just trying to fill some time by learning. At a guess (TA based), I can't help wondering whether we might see 330-333? All more relaxed of course with positions sat in profit.

I'm working on learning some new short term trading strategies. I found an area of consolidation (almost randomly on EZJ) and was studying it, while watching a Wykoff based trading strategy and hoping to see this strategy prove itself. The moment I looked at the EZJ data, it ran off to the upside and, at least at the moment seems to be a 'poor example' of how this strategy works. I have to say, that so far this short term (day) trading stuff is proving to very difficult and very stressful. I'm successful on my version of trading/investing on value and medium swings, but practicing this fast stuff with tiny amounts of money has me pulling my hair out (well it would do If I had hair). Still it keeps me from messing up on larger stuff when I should be sitting on my hands.

What you seem to be saying Casa, is that the only view of any value is your own. That kind of bias is unlikely to help you over time.

Casa, isn't part of OCDO's role to advise on location due to their extensive data sets/experience/research? If that's the case, then I'm not sure you can assume that the problem lies entirely with Krogers management. It might also indicate that OCDO is still behind the curve when it comes to advising clients on which automation solutions need to be used under which circumstances. I'll bet that both partners share some responsibility for what looks like quite a mess-up.

Big drop on news that OCDO to take a 50million per anum hit on the CFCS that Kroga won't build. On the upside, they're seeking 250million compensation for breach of contract.
