Trisor, similar thing happened to ENQ, they delisted from the Swedish exchange to keep only the UK exchange listing. It was a terrible mess that is ongoing but coming to a close. In that case, no contingency was provided for Swedish shareholders initially, but as the mess became more and more apparent, their shares were transferred (free of charge I believe) to the UK exchange where the holders wanted that. Many simply felt forced to sell, particularly early on where the process was not transparent or even thought through. My guess if it happened with TUI would be that there would be a clearly thought out contingency to transfer the UK shares to the Frankfurt exchange. But it's simply that, a guess.
