RE: Share Increase..Hows does this play out5 Jan 2024 10:32
NSS I've been googling to try to get a handle on what might happen, but I think I'm asking the wrong questions for the moment. At least I'm not making any progress.
Thinking outloud the 3.60 is at a good premium the SP when the deal was announced. Those shares will not enter the market until after the deal is ratified (Q4). If the deal is ratified, the current SP is likely to rise as it'll removed uncertainty and the deal is considered to be positive. If there are difficulties, the SP could get volatile (my guess is that we will get some volatility that might provide entry opportunities) and if the deal fails then the SP will fall. Assuming the deal is ratified then at some point after that date the the new shares will be introduced into the market and I assume those shares could be sold immediately at a profit. If I'm right then we could get a pull back around that time.
