I guess there could be all sorts of reasons for not shouting too loudly, but maybe one of them is the fear of a tax raid by Hunt. I hope we get a good run up from here. I'm hoping that we see the price rise to the 58 area or above.

It looks to be pushing up the SP again at the moment 58, looks good. Slow and steady. It's currently breaking up through previous highs

That'll do it C, that'll get her on side. Don't get me wrong, I'm with you and am sick to death of the 9x argument, but I suspect that 'individual to individual' rather than entity to entity, the 'stop lying' bit might get her back up!

I know someone was saying to someone else that it's not very logical to say they expect a drop but are buying now. I'm kind of doing the same now. I've started to buy, but I believe that there's a reasonable chance that we could fall back to 68.7 or a bit below. So, to avoid being the target of any 'ire' my logic is, that although my view of the Charts/PA/TA whatever is that we could (and probably will) fall back a little), I accept that I can't see into the future, I might not be in front of a screen when it turns (if?). I've said a while ago also that it becomes difficult for me personally to have a great deal of confideence in supports etc when we're at or very close to all time lows.

I managed to get out for 6p profit 625 or so, but only on the basis of wanting to buy back. Current price is 612.6 and I'm waiting for re-entry signal. For the moment, it's small leveraged positions for fun really.

Not sure about that mesh. Cutting the dividend would make a lot of sense for the business at the moment as 11% is too high, but many are only invested for the dividend. I suspect that any talk of cutting the dividend (that seems inevitable to me) will lead to a further slide in the SP. But it's all about time, has it been factored in? How long would the slump in perception last before the reality of it being a positive for the business kicks in. Interesting times, low spread, question is "is it good value over a sensible time frame"?

Interesting, he was there through the bad times and the more recent improvements. The market has not yet disaproved of his promotion.

I'm not sure on what basis Hexam, but yahoo finance currently have TUI p/e at 6.27. That's maybe out of date.

All makes sense, but it's probably not correct miles as HTG is also up on this 'rainy day for oil'. Todays price action is unlikely in my view to be HBR specific.

I think the SP has to come off to 30.6 or lower here (at least for me to buy again). I have it on watch but have suspected (purely from a TA perspective) that it'll come back to that level. It could even retest the 30.25 area.

I don't know Trisor, first I heard about it was here on this board this morning. I have no detail on it.

I've dropped my new positions there again and taken profit. I still want 18.5 or lower (maybe even 17.5) as an entry there. I don't see the arguments as so compelling for CPI. There are much more compelling opportunities out there in my view so that's a small punt for me.
