LSE03 ref 12.32 sounds like either Stormont or Republic of Ireland are considering making HARL an offer as Mr Ryan appears to be describing IslandMagee.

LSE03 ref 11.44 post certainly is impressive looking forward to similar in relation to Stornoway.

This shows the confused thinking of No Gas Caverns/Friends of the Earth Northern Ireland. They I believe support the Ballylumford Power-to-X project as that is Hydrogen storage but oppose IslandMagee Gas caverns as they are gas storage. Yet if my geography is correct both are in the same general area. This means that the arguments against IslamdMagee would also apply to Ballyumford. Unless I am getting confused you cannot logically oppose one without opposing the other. If I am wrong I would like to hear the reasoning why I am.

LSE03 ref 15.30 post If you check who the parties in the Ballylumford Power-to-X project are you will see that one of them is a little known company called IslandMagee Energy Limited. Guess where the storage will be.

This general cargo ship is due to arrive at SRQ at 7.30 on Monday departing noon on Tuesday. Not sure if it is in for a repair or delivering cargo.

HARL seems to be having a lot of Ministerial visits of late are some contracts being discussed. Also I note that this is the second meeting this year between JW and Barinness Vere.

I am expecting a large late trde to be posted today as all the trades posted as sells yet the share price is up 2.36%. So unless all the sells are in fact buys there is a large trade still to be posted.

BeanCounting ref 12.34 post I think you may be missing the point. It is not the size of the loan but how it is structured. There are some interesting non financial terms. If these non financial terms become the norm then it would be interesting to see if HARL will look for a similarly structured loan in the future, I note that the guaranteed part of the loan is 70%. HARL would appear to have secured financing that has an 80% guarantee.

Findingtheta a takeover offer of £1bn is in my view some way off. You ae talking of an offer in excess of £5 a share which as thing stand is over optimistic with the current SP.

As can be seen from this article https://www.ap-group.co.uk/news/2021/first-three-thames-barges-complete-for-cory A&P needed seven years to do about the same number of barges which might explain why HARL got the contract for this batch. I also note that Cory has five tugs perhaps HARL might egt to do the replacement.

Does anyone know how many Cory Barges have been completed. We know that at least six have been completed in Belfast. Does anyone know how many have been completed in Methil?

LSE03/Kaeren Interesting it raises one question does the work that the intern will be doing need to be done before the drydocking? If the answer is Yes then the SeaRose is not the vessel that is covered by the LoI. I say this because as I recall JW said that docking will be from January.

Note from Belfast Harbour website that Cory Barge 6 is due to leave next week Saturday. No Tug is showing as arriving so far.

I thought that Grayling was the Defence Secretay so it is interesting that Penny Mordaunt seems to have been in charge of the visit.
