Gloria, it all depends on what sort of finance arrangement they can agree. (i.e placing etc) I think too early to talk about GDR going bust. (but when a company goes bust, the administrators seek to sell any assets and pay debts first - whatever's left after all that would theoretically go to shareholders)

Yes, it could imply they have to get evidence generation up and running on as many as 20 hospitals across the country as before GDR have a chance of getting a full recommendation, and over the 3 year timescale they stated

On Austria - it will be easier for them to get approval there after they get NICE approval.

And another thing, I've worked with the pharma industry for nearly 30 years and one thing I can tell you for sure: NICE has gotten more thorough and thorough - they may not even be satisfied to to run evidence gathering on 8 hospitals for three years before they give full approval for AIHL - don't be surprised if they ask for as many as 20 hospitals to run the testing. (and GDR won't be making a profit in this stage either - the tests will be bought with grant funding, but at cost , so GDR would be getting roughly half the full potential revenue on the sales)

GDR have already said they're getting funding from DEVOTE for the stroke product testing in the Manchester area, so don't see the mystery....

You're barking up the wrong tree JLC. I checked this out: Devote funding is shared between different projects over time, so not that significant. and in any case, the funds don't go directly to GDR because they're to finance the stroke PROJECT - not a company that might be about to run out of money for various reasons.....

Anyway, looks to me like we're going to see sub-10p this month! I wondering if 8p might be a bargain but not sure what the bottom will be. Any chartists among you?
