Air Products operates over 100 hydrogen plants and maintains the world's largest hydrogen distribution network. The company is constructing the NEOM Green Hydrogen Complex in Saudi Arabia, a joint venture with ACWA Power and NEOM Company. This facility will produce 600 metric tons per day of carbon-free hydrogen, delivered in the form of green ammonia to Europe’s transport sector .

Exxon has entered into agreements to supply low-carbon ammonia to companies like Marubeni and is collaborating with partners such as JERA and Mitsubishi on this initiative .
