a non exec director there.

Why would Veles be offloading if they bought at 29p?
They would be losing money or am I missing something....

Perhaps someone in Vele Capital wanted a number of shares in return for being able to facilitate a smooth sale?
They would never have been able to purchase them on the open market as the free float had pretty much dried up at 29p

This is the very interesting part for me, highlighting again rhodium, is it intentional to place the commodoties in that order?

What Information are Mr and Mrs Spencer aware of regarding MNRG?
That is a substantial shareholding by private individuals, follow the money possibly.....

Right decision in my view, they have obviously done their due diligence and ascertained that the returns would not be as originally projected.
Plenty more deals to be done and am happy to hold for a few years as have faith in the management team.
