I made no mention of a JORC, I stated that 'it looks like', an assumption based on the fact that
Anglo have viewed drilling results and like what they see.
Why else would they be investing millions in Zambia and ARCM to develop copper deposits unless they are sure
they exist?
If a JORC was already available then the share price and value of the company would be multiples of what it is currently.
In my opinion it is always wise to follow the money however I respect that others may have a different view.
My window of investment is several years as opposed to many on here that look to turn round there money in a few days.

The world will need copper, in volumes far in excess of what is currently available.
Anglo being here shows a they want to develop this area and it looks like ARCM have the reserves in place.
Another top up for me at what will be seen as a huge discount in a few years time.
Copper and of course silver are two commodities that the world cannot live without.

£1.08 less the 20% retained for EUA 2 giving around 86p based on my calculations.

Seriously, something must have happened in the background to delay the announcement as they would have not used the term unless something was imminent. If anything has changed then surely another announcement would have been made or perhaps that is coming shortly.

I n my mind the time taken to execute the deal is because there are two or possibly three buyers each taking a different part of the company,
Possible that NN will take the Nickel, the PGM's to a Japanese consortium and WK to another buyer.
As the company stated that they are selling more than 80% of the company it could be a question of bringing these deals together to announce on one day. Complicated to say the least and a delay with one of the above could lead to a delay for all but again I know nothing more than anyone else. just speculating on reasons for the delay.....
Have been seasick many times on this journey but will see it through to the end.

I remember buying EUA for the same price, was and still is a great investment.
Can possibly see MNRG being taken out by a company wanting a listing on the main market.

I hold an account with HL and also ii.
The latter can do a transfer from trading account to ISA in around 15 minutes so I tend to use them much more.

If they did not know the approximate sale price and consequently the divi amount then they would not have been able to formulate the strategy and investment for EUA 2. This plan has already been presented to the Japanese and is being backed by the Russian government as far as I am aware.

80p divi and 20p held back for investment in EUA 2.
