MNRG are listed on the main market I believe.

I do hope that we at least get an update before Xmas even if it is only to confirm that the sale is continuing as expected albeit there have been some delays due to xyz.
We can deduce from the previous RNS's that the sale is ongoing however the length of time taken seems to be far in excess of other transactions involving mining companies although with multiple parties involved this can be understandable to a certain degree but there have to be limits.
I know of at least three people who have unfortunately passed away {RIP) before they realised gains on their investment here and sincerely hope that there will not be others.

These guys I believe have worked with Sprott Holdings in the past.

Nothing negative at all in this announcement, 'waiting to execute our strategy' how much clearer do they have to make it.
The directors are keen to get this over the line as they cannot realise any gains on their own shareholdings until it's done.

You have to ask yourself what is in it for the directors of the company?
OK, they may be getting paid a salary but I'm sure they are not procrastinating and want this deal to be completed as we all do.
They have much more invested that anyone on here and if a deal did not go ahead would be in a far worse position than any of us.
They have worked for twenty years to get to this point and now is the time when they are set to reap the benefit as we all will if we hold on in there.
