What in terms of percentage is the UBS take expected to be, for example 1% of $2 billion is $20,000,000 if my maths is correct, seems high but possibly not?

As far as I understand it these are buys and sells orchestrated by UBS to tick boxes and ensure in their due diligence that there is an orderly market in the shares. The more frequent transactions means to me that we are nearing the end game.

As these are UBS clients is it at all feasible that they receive a call along the lines of: -
I can't give you any advice on your current position but you are probably aware that the sale process has been going on for some time now and these things do not carry on indefinitely.
Just a thought.

As others have stated I don't get the logic of going short here.
If you are short you could make a few pence x your stake.
If you are long however and it shoots up to 70p on news you will have many multiples of your original stake.
Is there something I'm missing?

With Christian Schaffalitzky involved here who has also led Eurasia Mining for many years could there be some reverse takeover bearing in mind MNRG are on the main market.
Pure speculation but stranger things have happened.

There is always risk and with risk comes stress.
If it was easy to stay the course then many more would still be invested here and not have passed their shares to stronger hands.
It is difficult to maintain your position when you see a paper loss in front of you however
those with strength of conviction will be ultimately rewarded IMHO.

The most difficult thing to do is nothing.
