I regretted topping up at 46p last week but after that rns it was a very silly top up, but I thought the same as you and expected great news.

I think after reading the rns the sellers have made the correct decision, A bigger loss than last year and reduced online sales is going to hurt this today?

Looks like as I thought when it topped £14 glg partners upped their short, this is the second recent top up where their share has rose more.
With a big buy last night I expect the share to open good and let’s hope we see £15 before we see £13.

It’s the papers that created the stir that prices would crash, people would there fore hold off on a purchase trying to time the bottom of the market the same with people who do shares. But with all gamblers it’s very easy to miss the bottom and suddenly see a much bigger purchase price.

Hopefully not a quick rise as I would rather the share remained under £17 for another four months so I can buy more cheaper.

More sells than buys today so that’s looking doubtful?? The share is still really low as compared to a year ago so will need to pop loads to get some of the other holders into profit territory.

Bed and Isa takes the time of a phone call say 10 minutes? If the share price stays the same during the phone call you will loose a few shares with the associated dealing costs but you may be lucky and it could drop a fraction of a penny when they buy them back for you.

A positive rns next week would be amazing but I have said before that after a spike ufo tends to stagnate or drop until at least two or three months has passed so on that basis it will be February or later for a nice rise.

The banks will probably realise they need to reduce them to get business as their rates are still higher than the central banks rate. A crash in mortgage and loan approvals can’t be helping their profits any?

Was going to quickly buy £2k worth of shares while it’s still unchanged but it went to negotiated order so I thing I jump is on its way.

How come it has made no change to the share price as it’s showing as nearly £8m in buys today.

Taylor wimpeys trading update is due tomorrow so hopefully that will push the house builders up even further as they have to have positive news as well.

Psn do offer a mortgage service usually thru a broker who tends to do good deals for Psn.

I sold a few today after the rise to buy more Ufo and I may sell some more on Monday to top up Wrks who are getting ready for their trading update next week.
