Why would a buytolet landlord feel stressed enough to sell if the house price drops as rents will rise so the extra rental income is more what they will be concerned about.

On persimmons home page it used to give details of the future dividend payments in the investor section but now there is no mention of what the capital returns policy will be moving forward for 2023.

All they are quoting is the 60p final dividend to complete 2022 accounts. I wonder what the dividend will be when they announce an interim dividend this year as if that’s really low

Not that far away now considering we are nearly in q2. I’m due good dividends in April so may top them up here if it’s still low by then.

Price of a therm at the moment is around £1.20 and has been steadily dropping for a while.

I do know Psn north east did 800 houses this year and are planning on doing 500 this year with more emphasis on quality, so forward numbers will be on average a third less for the whole country?

The interest rate will affect people for 25years at least and there was no way it was going to stay low for another 25years plus, so people just have to accept the new reality. if they don’t house prices will still rise and mortgages will just get harder to afford. I’m on a base rate and I just got a letter thru from Santander stating how much extra I’m going to pay and the rate they have me on is 6.75%.
Unless people arrange a fixed/ tracker deal they will end up paying the rate I’m on.

Pcc7, So baron will do no exploration work on chudditch site at all. So with no proper confirmation of value to the site how can it be sold for profit?

Any big buys as glg partners has either closed their short on Psn or dropped it below 50% as now there is no open shorts on Psn which is a good thing as it must mean that the brokers now know we are in a rising trend.

If lorries are leaving the site this year it makes todays price one of the best bargains at the moment.

The constant price of iron ore makes no difference to this share price and for all we know it could be $70 by the time they start digging?
