I hope it had settled around this as glp partners upped their short position a couple of days ago and it had to be less than what the share is now and that’s if they sold at top price of £14.85 that day.

It’s 40% less than two years ago and company is making record profits. Of course they want to do buy backs as so far they have bought back nearly 2.5bn shares so have saved the company a fortune at the expense of the shareholders.

Stocks like these aren’t get rich quick picks, they are a waiting game. I bet when people bought in at 0.08p and waited over four years for it to rise felt the same.

Psn have completed more handovers in the 2nd half than the first . All sites were manic trying to get houses done for end of year completions so I’m expecting good result for year end.

As I said yesterday we need slow rises like this to allow the traders to make some money and push this share up more.

Trout, I work for Psn so know exactly how they are progressing. I was amazed it went so low on nothing but hopefully it doesn’t rise too quickly as I still have more to buy. Steady increases to keep the traders happy would be better for the share.

Glg partners must be regretting all their increased shorts from the start of this year as it will take a lot of profit away from their already well priced short from last year.

Where are all the posters now who kept saying buying at £11’ish was a bad idea. I managed to get a couple of thousand in the £11 pound range which dropped my average down.

Looks like we are able to buy under half a penny now :-(

If you sold this yesterday on citi groups advice you would already be regretting it as it has rose more, I’m not saying it won’t go lower just the analysts don’t know everything.

Speaking to one of the sales girls today and she was saying they are still selling and there has been no price drops as they are just offering more incentives to make the sales.

I just did a dummy buy for £5k and had no problem getting just under a million shares for 0.5195

Even if interest rates stay at predicted 4% for two years people will just have to adjust to the new normal as all private landlords will increase rents accordingly and again it will still be cheaper to buy than rent, also in another year property prices won’t be falling (unless Putin goes nuclear)

As for work on sites it is quieter but sales and progress are not even close to what happened in 2008. Stock plots will remain shells and houses will only be finished if they have been sold. But there is sites which are still selling out such as Charles church and lots of new sites are starting so they wouldn’t be investing in the new sites if sales weren’t possible.

I thought businesses were getting more help with costs but what has screwed them is an extra £3.9m in business rates. Looks like the government is making sure it gets its money back what it paid out in 2020/21.

Unless there is a sentiment change in buying the works I think the share will be stagnant until we read the full years results in May? I should of looked into it better but I thought the results today included some Christmas trading but it seems that will be made available in May.

They have stated no interim dividend.

Just checked and it’s negotiated order to sell. Oh well down we go.
