I see Barclays has changed its rating to £13, considering we are sitting at this level now what was the point of even bothering to post this up!

0.39p to buy now and this time yesterday it was NT and bid price was higher. I think I’m now going to wait for tacets predicted 0.3p to buy in again.

This share at the moment isn’t just about getting a dividend as it’s pretty low value. When the housing market recovers Psn will reach highs quicker than the other builders as it always does so the gains are more here imo.

Sales may of been down the first quarter but I’m now noticing more sold signs appearing on plots every week. I always said people had to adjust to the new rates and since prices aren’t dropping they must be slowly realising if they want a property they have to pay to play.

Looking at divirdendmax dates for Psn dividend payments, they are changing the dates on when they pay dividends so there will be no more payments this year as the interim dividend goes ex at the end of this year and paid in January and the final payment for 2023 will be made ex in may and paid in July.

So until both those dividends are announced we have no idea what the new payments are and judging by the new dates I think it’s so they can work out sales properly and pay dividend accordingly all IMO.

I’m feeling happier that I sold out yesterday as I wanted the money in another share more than here. If this is heading to 0.3p I think I will wait a little longer before buying back in as I nearly bought back in this morning but it was all NT’s.

Why do a share buy back when they can keep a good balance sheet to see thru anything else that may happen. Unlike other companies that will not return any excess funds Psn have already stated they will return any money to the share holders when the market is clearer.

I’m pleased I managed to buy a load yesterday, another rise will be after may 5th as if it’s this low most will re invest?

If we had a crystal ball we could answer that for you but I doubt it would happen as I think Psn still has about £800m in spare cash plus houses are still selling. It’s the papers that keep saying there is going to be a recession oh and the Bank of England and they have bee. Wrong many times so far.

Unless glg closed there short this morning? I definitely think there will be a manipulated drop between now and earnings report to allow them to close as I’m sure the hedge funds look after each other?

Just goes to show if this is going to slide back to a pound we now know for definite that a little rise is coming :-)

The rns pushed the share up a little but I was hoping for another 20p added to share value as I was going to tap out here and put it all in Psn.

There are times you can sell but mostly it’s NT, but I think you would kick yourself if you sold this low and a positive rns lands for the drilling in the next day.

Boxthefox since you have been trading as long you should know when companies recover they return to past prices and more ie psn. They crashed from £16 to £2 in 2008 but if you held snd kept topping up it was well over its old price within 6 years and went on to smash those levels.

I believe in ten years this will be a £40 plus share price as house values increase and so will the share price. If Psn hit £30 again I will sell my complete holding but I’m happy to sit and wait and take dividends as they increase when house building picks up again as if anything history has told us is there will always be another boom.

Just did a dummy sell as I was curious what the bid price was and it’s 0.0112 so still a better price than if you sold on Friday and I suspect it will only get higher as the day goes on.

I haven’t seen any one person spam a forum as much as him! Loads af new post but none worth reading as he has started them all.

I’m hoping to make a couple of hundred thousand in this in a few years. I’m sick of buying other stocks and watching them stagnate so I’m just going all in on Psn. I already have my average to £13 in my isa and £14 in my share account.

9p a share and I would be retiring but I doubt I would hold that long as shares rise and fall and there will be a lot of falling on its way up as people take profits
