I work on a few Psn sites and I’m still seeing a good amount of sold plots for June handovers. Obviously the numbers won’t be as good as last year but they certainly aren’t doom and gloom.

Roll on august 10th so we can find out what the next dividend is. I think they will only announce the next payment and not what the full year will be as I presume they will go from proper half yearly profits before deciding?

I was hanging on to top up till it dropped lower but it hasn’t dropped past 0.384 to buy so I just topped up today before it rises back up to 0.49

Psn do a share scheme and you can not loose any more money than you put in so although buying in at say £3’ish won’t show any profit it will get them back exactly what they put in. I have told the lads at work when their shares mature to sell them instantly and buy them back in an isa and wait for the rise in a few years time.

The amount of shares in persimmons has crept up as it was alway 319million and it’s higher now.

Leaky. As far as I’m aware persimmon have no debt. I think they had £860m spare cash before they paid the last dividend.

Unless you're putting a lot of money in , buying at .39p or .43p won’t make much difference when the share actually rises properly.

This share is soo annoying as when you think we have hit a resistance point it keeps dropping.

Libellous, you do realise an opinion isn’t libellous and they don’t know you so how can they know what they are saying about a person is true

So I presume on the 16th august we will see what dividend payment is expected for the first half of the new trading year. I’m not expecting much as completions are down a lot.

Wish I had sold out at 1.14 the day before the results as I was hoping for better. I was tempted to put the money in the works but I think even if they announce good results the norm at the moment is for shares to drop on that news.

I now think there are better stocks out there where you can get more for your money. I topped up my UFO shares but we will see if that was a bad idea :-)

Psn is starting to get busy so I see that figure this year?

You won’t be able to move £20k of these into your isa next year unless your prepared to pay capital gains

The market is closed on Monday so I can’t see an rns till Tuesday as a minimum and if it’s positive it will be NT on trades most of the day.

Due to a shortage of rental properties they are now asking on average £1200 a month to rent a property and £2500 in London. This is definitely profiteering from the situation as why should they rip people off with higher payments just because there is more interest in renting a property.
